Since the game .iso hasn't been found yet this is still lost media, so I probably should have posted this in the lost media section instead. Eternal Chain doesn't have a page on the LMW wiki. I'm surprised more people don't seem to care about this obscure Jrpg. I'll continue to search for more information about this game on my own I suppose.
I remember this show being on Kids WB when I was a kid, I only watched it a few time because as I recall it had an early time slot. I’d officially like to join the search effort for this show, I don’t remember ever recording this show, but who knows I, or one of sisters, might have, since we had a habit of recording a ton of cartoons on Saturday mornings. I just watched the first episode on youtube www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN3mtfhHcIo, I’ll keep on the look out for more episodes. I really hope we can get a release of this series, as an artist I really enjoy the animation and the more serious story.
As soon as I posted this I found a Youtube Channel that seems to have uploaded ALL the episodes in Japanese ripped from a Japanese DVD Release?!: www.youtube.com/channel/UC1oq-lTd1Z-LlbLV0CEIE_A I haven't found an official Japanese DVD release of this show, so perhaps the uploaded recorded these episodes from Japanese tv, the only way to know for sure is to watch the episodes and see if there's a text crawl at the bottom or something like that. I'll have to check it out tomorrow.
I was looking through the wikia and came across the article on an anime called Idaten Jump(韋駄天翔 a.k.a IDATEN翔 ) It’s odd that there has never been any official release in Japanese or English of this anime. This anime had several dubs but I’m not sure yet if it was as popular as other shonen anime that involved sports/tournaments, like Beyblade etc. Idaten Jump was adapted from a 4 volume manga series(which was release in America by Tokyopop) into 52 episodes by Aniplex, the story focused around the sport of BMX/MTB (mountain biking), so I suppose that meant the series had international appeal, so it’s surprising that it’s never been release on DVD or anything that I can find. Apparently, like many other dubs of it’s kind, Idaten Jump had episodes edited together in the dub, so it’s unknown if all of the original 52 Japanese episodes were dubbed in English or not.
The first episode of the dub can be found on the wikia page, but I haven’t had a chance to watch all of it yet. If anyone else finds anything about this show or would like to join and search through their tapes (it aired on Cartoon Network, YTV, Animax Asia, Animax India in English.)
Thanks for checking out this thread, and I hope we can find out more about this lost anime series.
I was sleuthing around for footage of the the Um Jammer Lammy Now machine at the 1999 Tokyo Game Show (we’re still looking for information regarding that in his thread) and stumbled across the only footage of a canceled Playstation game called Eternal Chain (エターナルチェイン): I’m interested in finding out more about this RPG and perhaps even one day get a .iso or even an official release. I’m decent at Japanese so if anyone wants me to translate something just ask. Here’s the unseen 64 article about the game, I’m Vox in the comments: www.unseen64.net/2016/04/04/eternal-chain-playstation-cancelled/
All of this new information is absolutely awesome, thank you so much to everyone that hasn't let this topic die, I really hope we can find more information! I can offer to translate a bit, but I'm not a native Japanese speaker so I'll try my best. I joined the discord server with the same username as LMW. よこそう konamilkさん!私は日本語のべんきょうします。がんばってね〜!
The video "Tokyo Game Show 99秋 and AM Show" seems to be dubbed over in Chinese (though I'm not totally sure, that's what it sounds like to me). If we can find this video footage in Japanese, I'd be happy to try to translate/sub it. Perhaps there is something said about Um Jammer Lammy Now too?
Another option could be uploading to vid.me, there website was created in direct response to youtube's ineptitude with dealing with their users. When media that I'm a fan of is found I always back it up, because as cooldude mentioned it's nice to have episodes of Pepper Ann, or the fan reconstruction Director's cut of The Dark Crystal on my computer to watch when/if the internet goes down. I really need to get better at re-uploading stuff that I save though.
I just came across this article by looking for lists of rare vhs tapes and thought I’d share it on this thread, because we all know how a hoax can spin out of control when it comes to media.
Hello everyone, after lurking on this forum for a while now I’ve decided to make an account to help find more lost media. Um Jammer Lammy is my favorite NaNaOnSha game, so I’d love to help find this mysterious arcade ver. of the game. Also, I speak some basic Japanese, so if I can I’ll try to help out with some translation, searching on Japanese websites and contacting people in Japanese as well. I did a quick search on ニコニコ動画 nico nico douga and found another upload of the "Got to Move",unfortunately, the quality doesn’t seem any better than the one on youtube, but it’s nice that someone uploaded it on one of Japan’s most popular video websites: www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm460199 *update!*I found that music video in a bit better quality than on youtube, I’m not sure if this was the “HD ver” or not but it doesn’t seem to have as much video artifacts and the characters look great: www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm25814950
It doesn’t seem like anyone’s linked to this so here’s the Parappa the Rapper Wikia page about Um Jammer Lammy NOW!:http://parappatherapper.wikia.com/wiki/UmJammer_Lammy_NOW! Also, if you look on the homepage, it seems that there’s going to be some new Parappa the Rapper anime shorts calledPJ Berri no Mogu-Mogu Munya-Munya (PJベリーのもぐもぐむにゃむにゃ)(PJ Berri's Munching Mumbling) So far there have been 6 episodes! So far, there are no English Subtitles for these shorts, but hopefully I’ll be able to do something about that soon by translating and uploading them somewhere, probably not Youtube because of copyright strikes.

Hello everyone, after lurking on this forum for a while now I’ve decided to make an account to help find more lost media. I remember watching Sagwa as a kid and really enjoying it, so in an effort to find more lost media related to Sagwa I did a search on Youku. Youku is like Chinese Youtube, basically, and because of that copyright laws are really loose, so a lot of lost media might be able to be found through this website.
Unfortunately the only other language I speak is some basic Japanese; not Chinese, so I have no way of translating. I think “傻瓜猫 ” might be the Chinese characters for Sagwa’s name, so searching for that in different places might be helpful for finding more episodes. (Also, something I found interesting is the Chinese character “ 猫” is read as “neko” in Japanese, which means cat. I’m not sure how it’s read in Chinese, but just wanted to point that out because I’m fascinated by languages.
