So back in the early 2000s (2001-03), Subway had a promotion with Cartoon Network where they made Subway Kids Pak toys of Cartoon Network characters from various shows. Here's a list of all of the toys Subway made:

The only one we can find an actual commercial for is the Powerpuff Girl promotion:

We had been discussing in the Time Squad thread whether or not commercials were made for the other cartoon cartoon properties, and really if an unpopular show like Time Squad would receive that kind of advertising. I'm honestly split on this, but hear me out on why they might exist:
1. I found three different articles talking about the Cartoon Network promotion, one of which discusses a game Subway made for their Subway Kids website for Sheep in the Big City. I think it would be very odd they would invest in making a game but not advertise it.
2. I cannot find very many Subway Kids Pak commercials in general. I found the Powerpuff Girl commercial, another with young Hilary Duff, a montage of kids with their parents, and a few modern ones. So either they didn't make commercials for their toy tie ins very often, or they're all mostly lost.
3. The Time Squad toys all connect together, and a commercial explaining that premise makes sense. BUT, that's not to say that they couldn't have shown how it worked like in a display case or whatever.
Of course my argument is a bit weak, but I just don't think we can rule out their existence either.

Things get a little sticky with who to contact about this, an attempt to ask Cartoon Network was already made and they had no idea (granted this was just about the TS commercial). Honestly, I think the Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust would be the group to contact since they actively were the ones who commented in the articles and handled the promotions. I could not find an email for them however, and they were also separate from Subway at one point in time (it's all a very murky history that I didn't really look into to be honest).
At any rate it would be cool if we could just prove these might exist. If you look on YouTube, you'll very easily find the toys in review videos.
