Magical Doremi Australian English Dub?

Ok, so here is a... well, list on possible countries/dependences that may've aired/produced the show. This list is by no means complete & may change as time goes on due to the current status on the show(which is that it's unknown if it exists, especially when compared to its more obvious comparison). Might also make a list of possible languages it was dubbed in, alongside a possible original language, though that one would be more confusing, so for now I'm just doing this.

Legend:
Any country or dependency colored blue is a possible place where production of the show could've taken place in some way
">" = may have been distributed over there at some point before Ojamajo Doremi

Australia? (Was likely on a different channel, but that's if it DID air over there; I kinda doubt the English dub was produced there though)
Austria? (A German dub may've aired there at some point)
Belgium> (Considering I suspect it to be Western Europe, it could've aired there, but I'm not sure on it being from Belgium, but it could potentially be from their most connected neighbor mentioned below(The Belgian region of Flanders speaks Dutch))
Bolivia?
Brazil? (They have local affiliates like here in the USA, but I'm not sure if they could air content not on the main channels)
Bulgaria> (Bulgarian voice-over may exist of this show, but is likely impossible to find due to how old it could be)
Canada/ (CanCon rules could've prevented it from happening)
China? (May have had animation duties outsourced to some Chinese studios, but not sure on if it could've ever been shown there)
Denmark? (Danskefilmstemmer might have a listing for it, but there have been some Danish dubs listed on there that could not exist, so take it with a grain of salt)
Faroe Islands? (There exists a TV channel over there known as Kringvarp Føroya that, according to The Dubbing Database, has been a thing since 1984, but I'm not sure of the possibilities here)
Finland? (Really a lot of Nordic regions are gonna be this)
France/ (Unless regional channels existed over there from before the 2000s, then the chances of it airing there are not very high)
Georgia of Caucasia< (Georgian voice-over of the proposed English dub may exist, but it could be rather hard to find)
Germany? (Chances may be low, but I'm not too sure)
Greenland> or < (KNR started in 1982, the possibilities of it airing there with Greenlandic subtitles(or heck, a Greenlandic dub) are definitely there)

The Netherlands> (The one that I think could've been the primary country responsible for it, largely due to the INSANE amount of untapped potential here, due to being a well developed country, yet not having much of their animation documented(because not many give a crap about animation not from US or Japan unless its real popular in those 2 markets) alongside local/regional channels having been a thing around this time period. The show was likely originally recorded in Dutch if it does originate from the Netherlands & could be why Toei never bothered trying to get Ojamajo Doremi to air on Dutch TV)

Niger/ (They had ONE CHANNEL back in the 1990s & it didn't show much either)

The Philippines? (I could see the English dub having aired there, though I'm not sure if that dub would've been recorded over there)

I'm almost certain Doremi aired in Hong Kong since at one point, it could be found on Bilibili in Cantonese (aoyu, or yue) with traditional subtitles. Could imply a southern China release as well-Cantonese is also widely spoken in Southern China. Sometimes mainland China just uses the Hong Kong or Taiwanese (Mandarin) dubs instead of redubbing it with a mainland accent.

Taiwanese Mandarin is also very likely, probably aired on some family channel. I think the 2 main ones are Momo (QinZiTai) and YOYOTV. It has a Chinese Baidu page too:

Like I said earlier though, unless it aired on an actual "movie channel" like HBO (which overseas will sometimes/often air original shows in their original dubbing with regional subtitles), I don't think tracking down the Chinese dubs will help with the search for the lost "Australian English dub." It's still neat though, and the show is well loved all over the world AFAIK so still VERY cool

Out of hoping that I could find anything useful to continue the search for what this weird dub is actually a dub of, I looked up "Doremi 1992"  & "Doremi 1994". I didn't find anything useful for the former, but for the latter, I found... THIS:

This is a musical from the Philippines that was released in 1996; it's called Do Re Mi. Oddly, the names of the girls follow the same formula as the 4Kids dub of Ojamajo Doremi, in which each character has the first 2 letters match a part of the first 3 parts of the musical... stepping stones, or pitches rather. I blocked The Sound of Music out of my mind.

toasted tv was famous for having younger kid anime (beyblade/Pokemon/mew mew power. ect). it would at least fit ttv if it was removed from air for being too inappropriate for kids.

I may have seen the name but I don't remember watching an episode.
this means it probably aired before 7am or after 8.30am

it's not listed on Cheez tv which means it had to have aired after August 2005.

my guess is it aired 6-6.30am in 2005-2008, it's possible it was picked up after the 4kids dub was cancelled.

Thanks for sharing, especially the blog post, And yeah, for a while, assuming the whole thing isn't a stupid ___post from a TV Trope-r, I wondered if the "DoReMi" in Australia was 

1. merely another airing of the original 4Kids dub

2. some other foreign project with the same name

3. Another dubbed version like the lost Singapore dub.

4. Heck, even something that was clearly aimed at a foreign population, like a dubbed version of Moomins airing in Hawaii, a majority Asian state.

5. Going COMPLETELY out of left field here, it did air on Australian TV but was so abhorred ("inappropriate situations" getting parent groups or others riled up) and/or did so poorly that all traces of its airing were wiped straight clean and unacknowledged a la Cry Baby Lane. Basically near impossible, but fun to speculate.
