It'd be rad if someone could make a fan server for the game like what happened with Sonic Runners, or some kind of Android emulation or something. At worst, I think we'd lost the microtransactions and online team aspect of the game, which would cripple it a bit, though the former is disregarded by a lot of players anyway. But I'm not sure either of those options are even possible. It sucks that such a high profile (albeit mobile) addition to the series is basically vanishing just like that, though I guess stuff like Nitro Kart 2 isn't faring any better; being confined to old iPod Touches and apparently unemulatable?
At least the game will survive in YouTube footage, I guess.
There's of course also the infamous Tweet they made promising more content coming to the game that they went silent on for a year and will now never deliver, including a new fight against Madame Amberly.
Gonna refrain from updating the main post from here on out, but Phantom Throughout History was apparently up on Dan Meth's YouTube channel! He also has a higher quality copy of Hardly Working: The Cartoon than CH's upload.
Beyond that, the LMW article has been updated with pics of Fatal Decision 2 and HW: Yawn of the Dead, which sadly seems to have gone missing since I've started the search for these videos and I can't for the life of me find a copy of it anywhere. Presumably a victim of YouTube copyright status changing for the used Michael Jackson "Thriller" track or something.
EDIT: Yawn of the Dead has been found! https://www.reddit.com/r/jakeandamir/comments/zsvxz8/hardly_working_yawn_of_the_dead/
It's a direct video link so you should be able to right click>Download it but I can upload it somewhere if needed. There might be other videos on this website.
Lookie lookie, I found the Best Buy Manager Audition video!
Some of the CollegeHumor Show MTV videos have been found!
Also, not sure if this is anything interesting; some secret code entering function on CH or Dropout that would show you secret clips: https://www.reddit.com/r/collegehumor/comments/9gpskd/collegehumor_secrets/
At the moment the crew seems to have gotten funding for their Dropout content, but the only stuff currently being uploaded to their YouTube aside from having to do with that is the No Laugh Newsroom show. So it seems Dropout is their primary focus now, which I suppose makes sense if it's the only thing they've actually got proper, full-on backing for now.
As for Adam Ruins Everything, that got screwed over for entirely different reasons with AT&T's merger with Time Warner:
So it seems ol' CollegeHumor just couldn't catch a break, especially when it came to bringing their content to television, and maybe if the Jake and Amir pilot did get picked up by TruTV, it could've suffered a similar fate. Not sure if the script or pilot or whatever exists of that would maybe also be worth mentioning in the CH lost media master post here.
So when the CollegeHumor website collapsed in early 2020, it took a lot of exclusive video content down with it, assuming it hadn't already been removed from the website prior. CollegeHumor's presence on YouTube didn't mean that every last Hardly Working episode was also uploaded on there, which is a downright shame as its Jake and Amir sister series has been pretty well preserved. Going to Wayback Machine for the videos on CH's site almost never works, and it seems like it hasn't exactly been common for people to have reuploaded the CH-exclusive Hardly Working episodes onto YouTube when its popularity was at its peak.
Some of those episodes have remained through Dropout, the successor streaming service to CH's website operations. And the show looks much better on there than it does in 360p YouTube uploads from a decade ago. But content that was free for a decade and was always intended to be now basically only being accessible through a paywall is really weird, especially when it's not even a complete archive. On top of that, the episodes are edited slightly in a couple of ways. The old CH website URL screen bug has been plastered over with Dropout style "YOU'RE WATCHING HARDLY WORKING", I guess because all the URL is now is a redirect to CH's YouTube channel. And likewise, the CH end card that would serve as the period to a punchline is removed, even in videos with post-credits end card moments which will just make it one continuous stream of footage. This changes up the flow and meaning of the video and sometimes serves as the only copy of that video we currently have.
On top of this, CH has removed a lot of videos that were posted on their YouTube in recent years. A bunch of CH material didn't exactly seem to hold up to current standards in their eyes to still be kept up on their YouTube; videos would have slurs, trans-related jokes, blackface and other stuff that looked off in a current political climate. Even if this was inconsistent, as some videos containing slurs still remain (eg: We Didn't Start the Flame War). And that was if you could even tell what the reason was for removing them in the first place. At least on the HW side, this seems to have not affected reuploads of the content, but even with that and what's preserved through Dropout, there's still a lot of episodes that currently aren't online anywhere.
With the potential exception of Hardly Working, the lion's share of CH's lost media, this is NOT checked to be comprehensively accounting for every missing video. A lost episode listing I followed only went up to pre-2010, and I only added to it with Hardly Working (to which I only checked the CH website's listing up to like May 12th 2015, and there were some separate from that listing too?), so not J&A, Bleep Bloop, Sketches, etc. Like, I would randomly come across a sketch and search it on YouTube only to then find out it wasn't on CH's channel, or I just searched "CollegeHumor reupload" on YouTube. So just say if there's more lost CH content not on the list.
Hardly Working (including Streeter Theeter, Phantom of the Office, Josh's Mindhouse and All-Nighters)
Surprisingly, all but three videos of the original 2008 All-Nighter are lost (Dodgeball, Bizarro Office and He's Right Behind Me). And it's weird that even videos with notable guest stars aren't exempt from this fate (in addition to Whitest Kids and Workaholics, the Jackass episode is only available through fan reuploads).

I do remember seeing at least a couple ads with Jake and Amir for some kind of beverage that were short and actually ran on YouTube and before actual J&A videos. One of which had some kind of legs poking out of somewhere that Jake thinks is Amir, only for Amir to come up to him and notice the weird leg stuff. I think it was the 2nd office era? Upon research, it turns out this was another campaign made with Mike's Hard Lemonade, as a screenshot was taken of one of the ads at the time on Twitter. The text is blurry, but clearly matches up with the branding for flavours of Mike's Hard Lemonade. It's still unknown how many ads were made, but there's at least the prior mentioned one and the different pictured one.
The Every California Gurls Parody video (which was literally just editing various parodies of the song together) seems to be lost to time. It was definitely available as part of CH's iTunes podcast back in the day (not to be confused with their more recent podcast stuff, it was just their videos released as video podcasts).
Turns out there were a couple more Fatal Decision videos starring Pat Cassels than the first. Part 2 was a choose your own adventure thing hosted only on CollegeHumor with a specific Flash-y video player of the time that only lasted a couple years, rendering it entirely lost. Part 3 (Fatal Inception) was hosted on YouTube instead, but was taken down and isn't saved in the Wayback Machine capturing of its YouTube URL. This series also inspireda newer iteration that was available on the short-lived platform Go90.

EDIT: I'm just gonna edit the LMW article from here on out, but a couple Molly Made Me and Best Buy Manager videos have been found!
Y'all may know that internet animator couple Jaltoid, and you might even know their frequent collaboration with another artsy couple: DoopieDoOver (known for her Planet Dolan work) and her fiancé Jess (@kamenjess on Twitter). They were very good friends, even living together in a big ol' house at one point, and collaborated frequently in their videos. The had a podcast together called the LazyCast Podcast that had 3 "seasons" and made a bunch of Jaltoid Media let's plays together.
However, at some point their was a... disagreement behind the scenes that we aren't exactly privy to the details of, causing the two couples to split up with each other. But the kicker is that Jaltoid not only removed any videos they ever did with Doop and Jess, they went out of their way to scrub every last picture of them off of their Twitter.
So the entire LazyCast Podcast was taken off of YouTube and other places too, alongside entire series of videos on the Jaltoid Media channel. A lot of LazyCast survives because Jess (who strongly disagrees with the decision to take down these videos despite being involved in the first place) was able to repost them through Soundcloud and Google Drive (though oddly leaving Season 3's Episodes 7 and 9 despite them being hosted here? soundcloud.com/lazycast). But this still leaves gaps in the episode listing. There was a Patreon CD and flash drive for Season 1's episodes, which Jess himself would have access to (the AfterCast episodes also being mostly-exclusive to that Patreon, thus in a similar situation).
(The Danger Dolan guest episode was also listed as 2 episodes on the Patreon CD despite being one YouTube upload, so I'm guessing that's just splitting up the episode in two for the CD rather than an unseen second part? As it may have been quite long?)
All of the Patreon-exclusive AfterCast, including the 2 uploaded publicly in place of regular episodes: AfterCast | Marry Fuck or Kill www.youtube.com/watch?v=6YgMACrIzJc

So basically Mike Panetta of Panoots, formerly known as KawaiiPiranha, at some point took down a bunch of his cartoons he had off of YouTube and Newgrounds. There's been an effort to revitalise all the remaining scraps that could be found, but it's still quite incomplete: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsBdgOkl-MhVojJv0qrkcF6W9tSS1JzaB
In particular, still-missing cartoons I've mostly noted from the Wayback Machine are as follows:
It's weird, judging by the first video and the frequent "this page has been excluded from the Wayback Machine" whenever you search for that material using that website, it honestly seems like Mike is actively trying to keep his old videos from the public. Seriously, give it any old link with KawaiiPiranha, see what happens.
(basically just a screenshot from the movie, in which Woody is about to say "WHAT? What are you talking about?")
So basically this is a now-removed YouTube Poop I kinda liked. I might just say screw it and remake a bit or two from it. It went something like this:
Text disclaimer with "the bagel song" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yo_vI2eoRuk) ending with "I do not own the bagel" Woody (when plotting to manipulate Buzz with RC): Let's see if gravity still works. (Buzz gets thrown out the window) YEEHAW! Woody's Roundup scene but with "PINGAS" replacing "roundup", also calling Jessie "the old prospector", Bullseye Woody's DINNER and Prospector a "****"? Then it ends with PINGAS being stretched to fit the end of the song.
Buzz: "I find you pompus, judgemental and completely self absorbed, would you be my friend?" (holds hand out to shake Woody's) Woody (in Andy's car): No...
Buzz: Why has Sid strapped that soldier to an explosive device? Woody (stay away from Andy): Because you touch yourself at night. Buzz: Does this make me look fat? Woody (you think you're the real Buzz Lightyear?): No, your face does. Buzz (you're mocking me, aren't you?): That's very interesting.
Woody (cardboard box scene): Hey there darling, can I buy you a couple of drinks? Jessie (GREAT, that means you can go!): (Hotel Mario's) NO! (enourmous penis song with Buzz and Woody plays)
Buzz falls out the window Buzz and Woody reenact that old Machinima bit: AH! Hello. You fell like 50 stories! And would you believe at the bottom of that was a giant crate filled with marshmallows? No. And you'd be right. So how'd you live? Love. Love? Love. Love? Mmmmhmmm. Do you have any idea what you're talking about? I don't know, I hit my head pretty hard there. Do you remember the mission? To ensure the survival of John Connor. Close Enough. Alright let's go. MARSHMALLLOWS (crashes into the moon area)
Some repeated then slowed Porcupine shushing from TS3
Rex ramming his finger in TS3 with silent pause on Buzz's face and him DOING IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITH UGH SOUND EFFECT
Woody and Jessie hugging in front of Spanish Buzz with him then getting the COCKBLOCK title and sound effect
I lika do the chacha (Evan Almighty) on Buzz dancing in TS3's credits
Some OH YEAH (day bow) moments with a drag Zurg and flexing Woody (one ending the vid by going "was ___ by Woody!", a gasp, the image, cricket chirping on Buzz's silence and Woody glitching)
IDK if this was part of it: Buzz saying KISS MY ARSE as he walks away after YOU ARE A TOY in TS1
