I managed to get my hands on a list of completed pages on the Doublage website by total accident. "P" takes up less than a page, and Postman Pat isn't on the list. However, if it was added sometime in 2016, it might not be on that list.
I did learn Technicolour Studios Thomson can also be Bellevue Pathé, Astral Tech, or Covitec. They might all be smaller studios under the Technicolour branding, which is how they're making dubs for so many films.
I might have a couple of more general resources where I could ask other people if they've seen anything related to the movie.
What did you find out about the movie prior to asking here? It would be nice to know as much as possible. Why are you looking for this film?
I know machine translations have a bad rap, but sometimes they can be useful. Google Translate has a fairly reliable sentence-based translation service now, so people can get the gist of things in languages they don't understand.
After reading more of the Doublage Quebec's site information, I learned they asked people to try general questions on the forums first. I made an account for those forums, but for some reason, it won't let me activate it. I'll see if I can solve the issue. Perhaps the account needs to be approved by an administrator before it can post.
Sorry, but that is likely a fan dub. Just by reading the video description, I can tell that the voice cast for this dub does not match up with the actual cast listed in this wiki article:
I probably should have actually linked this earlier. It gives more information on the background of this dub and some of its characteristics. After looking at its releases (in the articles on the companies that distributed the DVDs), it seems only a few episodes of Masterforce were actually released dubbed; the whole series has only been released in Japanese with English subtitles.
Oh, that's unfortunate. It's good that you have access to that amount of information. If only a few episodes were dubbed, then it should be easier to find them.

It looks like the DVD was also released in the UK, if Wikipedia is correct.
I think I found a link of the first episode. It seems to match the poor style you described, but it might also be a fandub. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ays_9up4TaY
It was released in the UK by Maverick Entertainment / Metrodome and the Australian version by Madman Entertainment.
I meant commonalities, or similarities, not commentaries. Basically, I'm trying to figure out if the Postman Pat: The Movie dub was ever made. If we find out that all the listed actors are regularly dubbing for the English actors, that might point to the actors' casting being speculation.
I'll send an e-mail to the webmaster of the site you found to find out where he got that information. It's probably the best lead we have at the moment.

If it's a company-only film, it may not have ended up in the National Film Database, but you could try asking them anyway.
Reimer Express still exists as a part of YRC Worldwide. Somebody at that company might still have a copy. They have a timeline that acknowledges the film's existence.
The back of the case shows a man who I believe to be the company's CEO. Thanks to your IMDB page, I can confirm that the man is D. S. Reimer. D. S. Reimer's family could have a copy somewhere.
Discogs sys that there was a marketing effort for the soundtrack, so the soundtrack probably had a public release. It's strange that they would release the soundtrack to the public without releasing the accompanying film.
Try looking up the rest of the cast list and see if you can find any commonalities. (Have people dubbed for the English actors in other films, for example?) The search term would be "[name] doublage", or "[name] dubbing" in English. If you've already tried finding more information through this route, sorry for suggesting something you already tried.

I know trying to find a missing Flash game is a long shot, but I'll give it a shot anyway.
This was a game that I played in 2005-2008. (Actually 2000-2003, sorry. My math was bad.) I think it was called Elephant's Paintbrush, but I can't remember for sure. It was about an elephant trying to find his missing paintbrush.
The game was a point and click style. Each screen allowed the player travel between multiple landmarks. The game's art style was minimalist, with white backgrounds, so it was easy to see where to go. On each screen, a thought bubble would appear above the elephant's head, with the text "I want to find my paintbrush," or something to that effect.
I was never able to complete the game. After about four or five screens, I would end up in a monster's mouth. There was nowhere else to click on, and the game wouldn't end. It was too cartoony to be creepy. I would always click out of the game, confused.
Here's the weird bit: I am fairly certain the game was available on Disney.com, despite the fact it didn't seem to represent any show or movie. At the time, I didn't know of many websites. None of them could play games. Disney was one of my favourites, so I would play there often.
Has anyone else played this? Feel free to pick my brain for more details.
The swf file might still be out there somewhere. I found some House of Mouse rips, so I know it was possible to rip Disney's games.

I found Postman Pat: The Movie subtitled in French on torrent sites, but as it was made in 2014, it shouldn't be too hard to find the dub. Unfortunately, the source you linked had quite a few errors, such as the wrong release date and the fact that the title is in English. (Possibly because it wasn't released yet.) In French, the show is apparently known as "Pierre Martin le facteur" or "Pierre le factuer," but the movie is "Petier Post: De Film"
Update: Petier Post: De Film is not the French title. It's probably Belgian, which I can't confirm because I don't speak Belgian. (I do speak some French, including joual.)
According to Euronew's Youtube Channel, the title was released as Postman Pat: Le Film in at least one region. As there could be a Canadian and Mainland French dub, there could be two titles. "Postman Pat: Le Film" is the title used in that clip, but that was literally the first thing I tried to search, so now I'm confused. What is the dub called?
Somebody transcribed the French dialogue of the above clip into Vietnamese on this forum. That makes translation so much easier. Unfortunately, there is nothing about a French dub in the video.
Figuring this approach was a dead end, I decided to try to see if I could get it by finding out who distributed the film. Technicolor Services Thompson appears not to exist. This company says they've worked on many films (if this is indeed the dubbing studio), but I can't seem to find any information about the company outside of that one website. If they dubbed the number of films this site claims they have, the company should have a media presence. The company might be Technicolor Creative Services, who have an office in Montreal and do dubbing.
Marie-Andrée Corneille is an actress. She is listed here as "set director". I have no idea why.
One last possible lead: the website you linked to has a forum. It's linked here. I could try posting there to see if anybody would know how to find out more about a Quebec dub, if not this dub. The members of that forum would probably pillory anyone who posted in English.
That basic style of game feels like many Virtual World games I played in the 2000s.
Could it be Moshi Monsters? The monsters look alien, and there is a Music Islands area of the game that could contain musical instruments. You can buy pets, known as "Moshlings", but none of them look like a platypus.
If it's not, we'll need more information, like the approximate year you accessed it, how it looked, and any other gameplay details you can remember. It's okay if you don't remember everything about it.
