Unidentified Media that you Wish Was Identified

I would love to see Hitogata become identified some time soon. If that becomes proved to be real, then who knows what else could actually exist!

Yeah that’s a good one. It’s interesting that two different people claimed to have seen it in school.

Older children's literature and religious lost media are particular interests of mine. I have tried in vain to locate this book myself, searching terms such as "Monkey Fire", "Jungle Fire", "Greedy Monkey", etc, but haven't been able to find anything (so far!)

I am also looking for 2 lost childhood books myself, so if anyone happens to find the monkey book, it would boost my hope that I can still find my 2 as well.

The story is "Mambi and The Forest Fire".

It's probably do too it's similarities of one of my favorite movies Coraline and OP's comparisons of the style to other personal favorites Toy Story and Mary And Max, as well as having a personal interest in "creepy" or "how was this a kids movie" kids movies. I've actually made a pretty up to date Letterboxd list of all the films that have aired on the channels it supposedly aired and also dm'd BlameItOnJorge about it and he said it sounded interesting so I hope sometime soon it can get more attention.

I also got a drawing table for my birthday a few months ago that I wanna draw fan art for this film on and my parents are planning on setting it up over the weekend but my parents are master procastinators and some family over so I might have minor doubts lol.

PS: while not a member of the cult I feel oddly cathartic posting this so soon after one of the most morally repulsive people I've heard of Pat Robertson's death.

Also, a book about a girl who adopts a dog. At the beginning of the story, it shows her previous dog growing from a puppy to an adult, and one of the pictures shows it lost, sad, and in the night on the streets. Later in the story, the girl leaves her new puppy in the basement, making it sad, but it then reunites with her. At the end of the story, her dog is now full grown and happy.

I am so hoping that this is real too, as a fan of both Oswald and The Prince Of Darkness.
