Clip from a movie that featured some mice eating everything

I recall watching this clip from a movie on YouTube in the early 2010s. It starts with a plane flying with pepper pouring out causing the mouse king and his assistant to cough. It then plays a song as the mice eat a lot of food while they get fatter and fatter. After the song was over, the mouse king was walking through the other mice who are now round balls. It then shows one mouse spitting out another mouse and getting thin again. Weird isn't it?

I had to recreate the scene from memory by making drawings based off of it and even made some animations. I actually tried to search for it on YouTube with no luck so it's very likely the video got taken down due to copyright.
