Noah's Ark (lost JP adventure game for Mac and Windows)

So a while back I was browsing everyone's favorite site with the number 4 in the name when I came across a thread talking about a lost game called Noah's Ark. In the thread the following links were provided:

Now, this was on the /x board and many a troll is known to hang out there, and many of the people in this thread were talking about this game like it had something to do with the Reptilians or the Illuminati or whatever (because of course they were, that's /x for you). However, I don't think this was a trolling effort because the way back machine archives this site as far back as 1998. It should also be noted that the oldest existing archive of the English version is from 2000. So that means for all we know the English version of the page could be newer.
Also, another interesting tidbit, the Japanese version of the site (although possible butchered by Google Translate) mentions one Kenichi Shigeto, a Japanese digital artist who has worked on a few games since. (The only one before this that being Insectar War on the 3DO, which has a similar visual style to the very brief .gif we see on the site, what with it's mid-90s pre-rendered aesthetics). So from this I glean that Kenichi Shigeto may very well have worked on Noah's Ark. Unfortunately, tracking them down will likely be difficult, as they may not even speak English. I'm also not sure how the lost media community is perceived in Japan, so there's not telling whether or not they would be receptive to our investigation anyway.
I'm just bringing this up here to try and drum up interest since this is a topic that's been on my mind for like a year now. That, and I think this game sounds awesome.
