Just reopened the thread after a while. So happy. I don't want to get my hopes too high, because I don't want to be disappointed, but man I sure hope this works out. So glad this long search may be over. And all we had to do was wait for somebody to sell it

It runs on Windows 3.1, so should also run on 95.

I'm using PCem. There are tutorials on YouTube

I've got my semi period accurate Win 9x system set up and waiting for the ISO when it gets released. I've run a few other JP Macromedia games on it before, so hopefully it'll be doable to get Noah's Arc running. We may well get to be some of the first English speakers to ever try this game
