Japanese EDM (?) from deleted Yakko's World YTP

So I found this catchy hardcore tune in a now-deleted Yakko Warner YTP entitled "YTP: Yakko Doesn't Know That Knowledge the Countries (Collab Entry)". I'm pretty sure it's eurobeat. The original uploader was named "【CrimsonZockt】クリムゾンゾック",though I don't know if it's the same as this channel. UPDATE: It is. I have no idea what YTP collab this is an entry for. UPDATE: See Note 4.

However, attempting to watch it now results in "Video unavailable" (probably due to copyright), and there are no exact reuploads. However, there is one edited version (with the same audio, I think) and one home-recorded reaction video. The former is "YTP: Yakko Doesn't Known That Knowledge The Countries (Collab Entry) but it shakes on loud parts" by Joel knows Geography and Flags (skip to 1:22 for the hardcore tune I'm looking for; this is where I excerpted the first attachment from). The latter is "MyLittlePonyFanLover2003 Reacts to YTP: Yakko Doesn't Known That Knowledge The Countries" by Bestie Disney Fan (skip to 1:47, but it has much lower audio and video quality).
This song is probably sped up. I know this because earlier in the YTP, there is a clip of Epic Sax Guy that is also sped up. For reference, I have attached the Epic Sax Guy bit below:

Assuming the rate of acceleration is the same for both clips, the original eurobeat tune was a major 6th below how it sounds in the clip. Since it sounds as B flat minor, it was probably originally in C# minor. (Epic Sax Guy sounds as B minor here, but was originally in D minor). After some experimentation, we have determined that the speed-up factor is x1.66 (reciprocal: x0.60) We're not sure if this assumption is true, however, so take it with a grain of salt.
I've been looking on WatZatSong, TOMT, and the LMW Discord forseveral months over a year now, but to no avail. Please help me!

Note 3: There's a good chance this is a Japanese Touhou/DDR OST, or whatever genre of EDM that would fall under. If not actually from Touhou/DDR it's probably the same genre.
