OK for the first one I was dumb and didn't read the comments. Someone actually already asked CrimsonZockt about it 5 years ago and he said "Luka Luka Night Fever - samfree Still In Heaven".
This might actually also be (sped-up?) vocaloid music.

In addition to DDR and vocaloid, maybe Stepmania etc. might yield some results. Red Zone and Scarlet Zone sound a bit similar, but the former contains additional rapping, and in both the synth is somewhat different (?).
