Found Footage of Eternal Chain (Cancelled Playstation JRPG)

I was sleuthing around for footage of the the Um Jammer Lammy Now machine at the 1999 Tokyo Game Show (we’re still looking for information regarding that in his thread) and stumbled across the only footage of a canceled Playstation game called Eternal Chain (エターナルチェイン):
I’m interested in finding out more about this RPG and perhaps even one day get a .iso or even an official release. I’m decent at Japanese so if anyone wants me to translate something just ask.
