I recently when through some of my old files I found at the beginning of my search, and found a site with a lot of rare content from the film called bmndesign. I might have found who runs this site, so stay tuned for another update. Here's what was on it:
We officially have a photo of a model for the Queen Tower.
One of the directors told me that this scene was only in one test screening, so there's a chance that nothing was animated. But it's still cool to see!

There was an alternative design for those apartments?! This has to be the newest discovered deleted scene in the film!
