Here's a little update on what's going on:
Me and senshisun are trying to find a way to contact either Carl Forest Sandler or Bob Smith, we're also following a couple of clues that may lead us to them, so we're getting there
In the meantime, here's a bit more of information about the film:
It was completely shot in black and white, and most of the film takes place on the train station, where Rik and Carlo's characters are speaking. Joan Jett Blakk's character has a extremely brief role, with literally only two lines right before the end

Yeah I did, didn't mind it that much but that's definitely weird
Carl Sandler has Bob Smith's contact info and full rights to the film. I could not be giddier. I have sent another e-mail that hopefully clears up what is going on.
