Here's the second email:
I see - she probably went to school with Carl (director), also at Stanford University. The film is quite good actually (I watched it last month). I need to have it changed from VHS to DVD though. LOL. I can send a copy when done.
I asked him when is the film gonna be ready more or less, waiting for response
EDIT: He talks about Kates in this email because, on my previous email to him, I explained to him who was Nancy Kates, and told him that she went to Stanford
Emma Stone in the role of SenshiSun in the facintinating new play, "My Reaction to This News." Does he know how to rip tapes? We have a guide.
He didn't mention it, though I'm still waiting for his response about how much time will it take, if he says he doesn't know I'll send him a link to the guide (I know where to find it)
If I disappear sometime in the next few minutes, I'm not dead, I'm pet-sitting.
Gotcha. By the way, I'm surprised of how well did we piece everything together, from the LGBT festival to Rik's identity, though it was quite a surprise to know that Nancy Kates wasn't involved in the film after all

Third email:
I can work on it for you (sooner than later) - how did you reach out to me, by the way? Do you know Carl? I am sure he has many copies (he directed the film) - I think he's on Twitter too (Carl Forest Sandler). Still, I can help you
I explained to him how I found that article about his life in San Francisco with the video on it. I also told him that I'd really appreciate if he can help us with this, though I guess it wouldn't harm to check Sandler's Twitter account
