Toy lost media
I’m pretty sure toys aren’t even considered “media”.
Its debatable a couple people have posted things like "what is this brand of doll", "Have you seen these Nintendo Toys" and "What are these toys called" I'm not sure what catagory it would fall under as its not technically media per say but I do see it often.
I won't mention NSFL stuff, 'cause most people on this site don't wanna see that, so it's basically a given.
I'll put in my two cents on YouTube content. Like it or not, there's going to be an influx of "lost YT video" stories appearing here in the coming years. Why? Because people want to see stuff from their childhoods again once they age. And now, we're seeing the first generation of kids who grew up watching videos on the internet becoming adults. Plus, nostalgia is the loveliest lie of all, so these aforementioned people probably look up to this content with an increased fondness. Or entitlement to see it again, either one works.
Do you know how easy it is to just erase an entire internet presence? Incredibly. Someone could straight-up say "I'm through with this internet thing" and get rid of everything within an hour. And there'd be no way to get it back! It's an archivist's nightmare! There's no way that every video that someone saw as a kid is going to preserved. We, as a society that raises our kids on the internet now, are just gonna have to accept that their childhood memories will probably be nonexistent by the time they have kids. And that's okay. Or... it's at least a natural evolution.

Oddly, most of the small 80's-2000's lost media I'm interested in are not due to growing up with them nor nostalgia, just a normal, personal fixation.

Sports related lost media, if thats your niche then cool (these things deserved to be archived regardless) but its just so uninteresting and boring, ESPECIALLY NASCAR ONES, at some point it feels like these are just made up to fill up entries in a 1000 entry lost media iceberg, they're all so same-y
Man shut yo The Four Seasons, Violin Concerto No. 1 In E Major, Rv 269 "La Primavera": I. Allegro

They're not. A "media" can be shared easily in the form of an image, sound or program. Something easily done in the age of the internet. But you cannot download and copy a toy.
