I can't recall if I actually shared the bear one or not. Honestly, I'd make the argument that the Chiller bumpers match OP's description. Very calming, something to do with nature, then BOOM! Something disturbing on the screen.

Again, may or may not be what OP saw, but I'm excited to share that I just managed to find 3 of the Chiller "Just wanted to make sure you were still awake" bumpers. They were posted to NuContext Creative's Vimeo channel 13 years ago.

Warning for jumpscares! (though in 2023, they're only mildly scary, in my jaded opinion)

"Chiller - River Jump!"

"Chiller - Bear Jump!"

"Chiller - Baby Jump!"

I've also sent an email out to NuContext asking if these were the only three bumpers made. Hopefully I'll hear back soon!
