To me it matters how interactive but your right.I just think if there's enough footage it could be considered partly found i guess.
The bottom line is that both of those demos are interactive pieces of software, said software being inaccessible to the general public. By that definition alone, they count as lost. One person's recorded playthrough of a demo is not sufficient to rule the demo itself as being found (I suppose you could maybe think of it as partially found, but not entirely found, IMO). Hope that makes sense...
Take the Final Fantasy VI tech demo for instance; sure, full video footage of that exists and is readily accessible, but the software itself is not. If the tech demo is purely video and said video is available, then yeah, you'd be right, it wouldn't be counted as lost. But when the tech demo is interactive, that's another thing entirely. Think of it as a short video game; having footage of a lost video game, however complete said footage may be, does not make the game itself found. The same can be said for interactive tech demos. Plus, with lots of these things, we really have no way of knowing for sure whether available video footage contains 100% of a demo's functionality. So yeah, that's my take on it. If it's an interactive tech demo, with only video available, then I definitely still count that as lost.
I understand that and I get behind that becuse there's probably alot more hidden in the demo anyways.
But its the pikachu demo...literally all you do is touch it....and meowths party still has a page for on lmw for it. That's what kinda bugs me...I haven't looked though all the tech demos and I understand the ones that are playable
Is Meowth's Party not interactive? Because if it isn't AND is available in video form, in its entirety, then yeah, I'd agree with you in saying that it's not lost. Because in that context, it's really only a video. My main point was that interactive tech demos are pieces of software in and of themselves and simply having video footage of that software does not make it found.

After listening to Fever Ray more and more recently, I decided to check out more stuff by The Knife, the group she was in before her solo stuff. Found this song 'bout half an hour ago and I can't stop listening to it, it's so good:
Really been into S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl as of late, now that I have finally sucked up and learned how to play it properly. Good lord is that game great, very brutal and cold in both atmosphere and gameplay but it is definitely worth a play if you have the patience.
I played that a fair bit, back when it came out. Never finished it though.
So, I saw this on opening day here in Australia a couple of nights ago and absolutely loved it. Brilliant film, can't wait to see it again; not gunna say much more about it because I wouldn't want to spoil anything for anyone, but I can definitely say I highly recommend it.
So... not having seen the original Cloverfield will in no way influence my enjoyment of 10 Cloverfield Lane ?
Hmm, I'm gunna choose my words carefully, because I don't wanna spoil anything for anyone... In my opinion, you could watch 10 Cloverfield Lane without having seen Cloverfield and still enjoy it without feeling like you're missing any vital information. Having said that, I highly recommend seeing Cloverfield first, if not only for the fact that it's a brilliant movie and will help set the tone for 10CL.
For gaming discussion. Try to keep things spoiler free though
Played/finished any good ones recently? I recently played through Firewatch and Superhot and loved both of them, really great games in their own unique ways. I also recently got Galak-Z on PS4 as part of this month's PS Plus freebies, which is really cool 'coz I'd been wanting to check it out for a while now. Besides that, still chipping away at MGS5, just made it to Africa.
P.S. If any of you guys wanna add me on PSN, feel free to my name there is dycaite22
As for new release movies, I haven't really seen a whole lot recently, but I am really hyped for 10 Cloverfield Lane:

If you haven't seen it, I'd recommend checking out The Pirates of Dark Water. I only discovered it a few years back, but I really like it. It's such a shame, the show was canned before reaching its natural conclusion, so the end leaves much to be desired. Still, it's definitely worth checking out.
I do like the icons, and I'm glad you made the open canister a bit lighter since yesterday (which was something I was going to suggest but I guess you got to it first), but maybe you could make them even more light? It still takes a second for me to distinguish the difference between the two. Also, I don't know if this was a glitch or intentional, but the subforums always show the open canister even if there are unread messages. Also, I LOVE the drawing of LMW-tan and Trope-tan, great work!
Lightened 'em up a tad more, they should be more distinguishable now.
As for the thread icons, yeah, they are the same, regardless of new posts (which are instead designated by the separate little 'new' icon). The default version used the same folder icon for each thread before they were changed over.
