If you encounter any other issues with the site, please let us know in this thread and we will endeavour to fix them in good time.
Its too easy for someone to bot the views on there thread it should be fixed + it can slow down connections and cause small ddos issues
We're pretty limited as to what we can do to fix that, as our forums run on ProBoards, so it would have to be a fix that works within the confines of their platform.
I remember a game that came in cereal boxes for a limited time, i couldn't play it because it was for a more grown up audience like my sisters, i could see them playing the game it was a management sim where we control a fictional country, in the game you could have trades with different presidents/leaders of other countries i remember that the trading screen was a desert with two open briefcases with a screens on each one, the left one had your character's face on the screen and the other with the character you're trading, you could see how the president/leader of the other country feel about the trading by seeing their expression, my sister once recommend my other sister to give more because the trader was angry at the deal, another thing i saw was that you could send a terrorist (when i was a kid i tough it was a ninja with a bomb) to attack a building the icon for that action was draw like a caricature despite the game having a more realistic style. i will share some little information about me if one wants want to search this game, i'm from Chile and i was born in the year 1998 (so the game must be from early to mild 2000s) i remember that the game came on Kellog boxes.
Could be something in this interest stack. If they remember what any of the characters look like, you could try searching here?
I did ask them for a description and all they could remember was that they were male but not much else but I can ask again if they suddenly can remember anything else.
Thank you for showing me this as well. I will let them know about it.
It would also help to have a rough time period in which they saw it 👍
So, for videos you don't actually upload them to the LMW - you would upload it to something like YouTube and then use the EmbedVideo function on the article (you can see the necessary code for adding videos here lostmediawiki.com/Template:Video/doc)
If you're referring to the media he has been teasing on Twitter, I can tell you it's 100% not Slamfest. I don't know what it is, but the few vague details I have been given about it are enough to rule Slamfest out.
You realise the LMA is literally just our old Wikia homebase, but they just renamed it and made other people admins, right? When we moved, Wikia would not let us shut down the old one. It's LITERALLY the old LMW with a changed name. You can even still see all of my edits on there.
