The song isn't lost, per say, but there was an entirely different music video for Jason Donovan's 1989 song "Every Day" that was filmed on the same set as the "Sealed with a Kiss" video and tells a love story between him and a girl he met, with the latter mentioned video concluding the story. I found two shots of this lost music video: i.pinimg.com/564x/10/d0/90/10d09067266f69b2713d1782b2535837.jpg i.pinimg.com/564x/fa/82/b8/fa82b80d83bcd4d5102d0330049fdd5b.jpg The mystery behind this video is that it is unknown why it wasn't used at all.

I understand. But the Daijiman Brothers Band song, 気持ちのメロディー is impossible to find.
Which is why I'm trying to spread awareness about lost media to Japanese internet users. It's very likely that some people in Japan have this music in some format and they just don't know how rare it is or that anyone online is looking for it. We can discuss over and over what media is lost, the question is; what can we do to find it? What have you done to find 気持ちのメロディー ?
There is this one song I used to listen to a lot on SoundCloud called "Ume Femme Comme Moi" (a woman like me) by an account called LACN who does podcasts and reposts French music however if memory serves me right "Ume Femme Comme Moi" was the only original song they had and doing a bit or research at the time lead me to discovering a lost popular french play from the 1960s(?).
I wish I had saved that article and downloaded the song because I really wanted to hear more if this is what one song sounded like, now the song itself was a modernized adaptation of the original and had both a male and female lead singing in French with an instrumental that had a violin, piano, and I think a bass? It sounds like something that would've come straight out of Transistor.
Can't find any other upload of the song so I'll try to get into contact with them to see if they can provide a .mp3 file or at least point me to the play where the song was adapted from.

You notice something?
One day, I was looking for the Hou Dejian song, "漂亮的中國人" from the 1990 album "下去不" and that song is partially found. Because of this, the first few seconds of the song are missing. Take a gander of this!
The Island Of Rock N Roll. It's a fully made song that is partially lost. There is a small clip of it in the obscure 1993 movie "Skateboard Kid" that youtuber JonTron covered. There is no soundtrack release of the film but I spoke to a guy on a fb dedicated to the song writers who claimed to be one of the writers and said he would look around to see if he still has a copy but that was a couple months ago. And he hasn't got back to me. As of now most of the song aside from that short clip played during a scene where the kid is flipping up stuff putting them away, is lost. The song talks about "taking you on a sea cruise".

Faith No More has a unfinished song that went under the working name "Seagull Song". It was supposed to be on their "Angel Dust" album, but the band just thought it didn't work. I think that the band hiding it from the public (except for this one excerpt of it) after all this time is weird. I mean, I'd rather listen to a "bad" Faith No More song than a modern Top 40 hit.
My favorite lost song has to either be Carnival Of Light by The Beatles or that Ren And Stimpy song Kurt Kobain supposedly created (though that's more existence unconfirmed than lost).
Interesting you talked about that, I saw the Carnival of Light theory in Blameitonjorge's video, I cant quite remember what member, but one of the beatles said he wanted to release the song.. However, he'd need all the members or their manager's approval, and that he doesnt have. They sang it twice over 2 days about 40-55 years ago, Im sure there's a recording somewhere.
The Kurt Kobain ren and stimpy song was debunked, I read it somewhere.

They considered it for inclusion in the Beatles Anthology album which was vetoed by Ringo, George and Yoko Ono, and I think later they tried to release it in the Sgt. Pepper re-release but decided against it because it didn't fit Sgt. Pepper.
Also, where did you read it? Was it a reliable source?

Don't remember where I read it, but it looked legit

Update: No response though they are active (somewhat) on twitter hopefully they see the message eventually but I won't push them for any answers especially with the language barrier.
