I like to think that the SpongeBob crew holds on to all their recordings, I remember seeing some videos on the official SpongeBob channel that featured clips of episodes without sound effects and only the vocals.

I'd say if so, there's a small chance it could be leaked online (i.e. like the Behind Closed Doors drawings).
Another lost factor of this case is that the audio commentary can be found nowhere online and has been stated to feature the crew talking about the swearing. You can find details on the page below of what releases it appears on, it’s just a matter of finding the DVD and ripping it online spongebob.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_episode-based_specials

That's not really lost, that's just an aspect of a common DVD release that may or may not be on Torrents.
Also, has anything come forward since these Tweets that puts any legitimacy in the claim the uncensored lines were recently "leaked?" Or is it generally assumed it's bogus?
Viacom went as far as to take down the archive.org uploads of the clip, and even the original tweets that shared it. There were screenshots posted in the Lost Media Wiki Discord server showing that.
I would say that clears up any remaining doubts, and combined with the story of how it was originally shared privately and then leaked it all adds up.

Viacom also used to take down Spongebob YTPs back in the day. It could just be them fervently defending their brand as per usual.

Those used actual audio from the show though so that at least makes sense, these AI generated clips don't actually use audio from the show they just make it up so technically Viacom can't copyright that I believe, but the fact that they claimed these on IA definitely supports them being real, besides you can tell AI Spongebob stuff from the real thing as AI always sounds slightly off no matter how good it is and those clips absolutely sounded like the real thing 100%.

To my ear the first one is definitely real, not so sure about the second one.

This topic has been inraging me for the past server months now and I need to let this out. That audio isn't real, why would it be real, and WHY would it be part of that Nick "Gigaleak." First off the leak was of employee assets, meaning things that a Nick employee would need to use if they worked at the company. The stuff I know that was from that leak was Pitch Bibles, scripts, storyboards, animatics and recent pilots like Rock, Paper Scissors. You know, things a Nick employee would need access to if they worked on any of these shows or were marketing any of these.
Now tell me... Why in the HELL would a Nick employee need instant access to clips of the fucking uncensored Sailor Mouth!?! That's something Nick would completely wipe, let alone would give to ANY of their employees.
As for them being removed from Archive by Paramount, I need to see the email that told the user this. For all you know, it could have been someone posing as Paramount, or more likely, that the user who made this claim is bullshitting.
My opinion is that this was probably faked. Unless if the animators were given uncensored footage to lip sync, then it was more likely wiped of the hard-drives that contained them.
