I think I've read that the uncensored version was confirmed to be nonexistent, though I may be confusing it with the Dexter's Laboratory episode "Rude Removal" which was also confirmed to have no uncensored version.
Didn't Adult Swim air the uncensored version of "Rude Removal" a few years back? Or did they remake the episode just to air it? I don't think that they'd remake an episode of a show that ended years prior for a one-off thing.

Tom Kinney definitely confirmed they actually swore while recording the episode, as making up fake words was harder than he and the other voice actors thought it would be. However, while the audio definitely existed at one point, it's more than likely sitting in a closet at Nickelodeon somewhere, if it still exists at all and hasn't been deleted/destroyed. With that in mind, ruling out a rogue employee uploading it somewhere, I feel pretty confident in the assumption that no such audio is in circulation.
Though, as you'll see in the video I linked, there are other ways to here Spongebob voice actors swearing as their characters.
Little bit of an update, it’s definitely confirmed to exist. With Nickelodeon being family friendly they’ll never release it themselves. Video here: youtu.be/ItQ-gJFF5fM

Unless the audio gets leaked, it is unlikely it will never see the light of day
I remember a bunch of lost Nickelodeon pilots got leaked on youtube before ironically becoming lost after the video got taken down so something like this could possibly happen in the future maybe with the uncut version of sailor mouth

Were getting off topic here so am going mentions this quickly so long story short a bunch of pilots from Nick jr and Nickelodeon like super why Bubble Guppies and possibly Loud house and Avatar got leaked
Something I found kind of funny was that in an interview with Tom Kenny from an issue of Nickelodeon Magazine, where he was asked about his favorite episode, saddest episode, happiest episode, etc., he said he had a lot of fun using "fake" swears for Sailor Mouth, and made a comment about that being the only recording session where he was rolling on the floor laughing. I do have that issue, i'll have to look for it later

I think he also said in some other interview (might be the same one but IDK lol) that Clancy Brown (Mr. Krabs' VA) used actual swear words instead of substitutes, which left everyone else dying of laughter.
