When I was a kid, I used to watch a lot of Naruto back in the day and remember that they would show it on Toonami. I remember that there was a Bumper that sometimes would play before an episode would air. It was a 3D rendered Hidden Leaf Village, with the CN Logo at the time plastered onto a wooden fence while two Shuriken fly into the screen and hit the wooden board surrounding the logo. In the past few days I've been thinking about it and tried to search it up through Youtube and all, looking through the mass amount of CN City era bumpers to no avail. I've also gone through a lot of the Toonami Bumpers I could find and search through what I can there, although if I remember this was aired not during Toonami's block so it's what's bugging me about this.
I'm still looking to find information about this on my own and hopefully I can get some leads, however I'm pretty much come up short and I'm hoping more interest is gathered about this. It would be pretty cool to find this bumper again.
Have tried looking it up a bit and haven't really found anything either. I would find it a bit odd that they would've modeled a whole leaf village in 3D only to use it for one commecial though, even if they re-aired it a few times, so I'm wondering if either it was ripped from one of the games, or if it was a commercial for one of the games followed by the intro of the anime, or maybe just a misremembered detail.

Considering how old I was at the time and that I can't seem to find any traces of it online, not even a screenshot, kinda makes me believe that. I remember specifically that it was later at night so it might of been during the Toonami block itself which would make more sense, however all the Toonami Bumpers I've viewed don't really lead to anywhere.

Sadly I couldn't find anything in relation to what I was looking for. This would of had to of been 2006 to early 2007 at most, and a lot of the video games didn't release until after the fact. Rise of the Ninja was somewhat comparable, however I couldn't find a single commercial for it that seemed to match the description of what I was trying to find.

Ok, what i'm thinking it might've been is this one here youtu.be/pIZybQOMjuY?t=930. It doesn't show the ninja village in 3D or anything particularly close, but it does have some environments in 3D that are themed around the stuff you see in naruto which is then followed by the logo with the kunai and shuriken hitting the logo. This is considering you might not be remembering correctly, but it would make sense that you'd remember the first part being the leaf village and the second being a wooden board with the logo since that's how the 1st OP was.

While it does have a lot of similar elements such as I mentioned, this sadly isn't the exact thing I'm looking for at all. It wasn't a commercial or anything of the sort, just a short 5-10 second bumper iirc. They're pretty similar in scope to how these bumpers played on CN youtu.be/8jsPqBa7AQ8?t=1394
I know this isn't really too much help sadly and I kinda wish the one you mentioned was exactly it, but it's got a lot of similarities.

Hmm, i'm honestly at a loss here. I have a hard time thinking that toonami would've created a whole leaf village 3D model or something of the sort for a short 5-10 sec bumper that somehow aired infrequently enough it doesn't show up in any bumper compilation, but it is still possible. I think you might have some luck trying to get into contact with someone from adult swim and asking about it, maybe on twitter. If not, then maybe there's the possibility that it wasn't naruto and that it wasn't 3D, like this youtu.be/1bl31SxY9sw?t=1528 spirited away bumper. The location looks somewhat close to what the hidden leaf village looks like and for what you remember of the latter part with the naruto logo, it could just be the show playing afterwards or something, not really sure. Having looked through commercial compilations around the time and bumpers and whatnot i haven't found anything closer than the things i've shared so i'm at a loss past asking the people involved running toonami.

Alright, I've done some digging and I think I have some pretty interesting finds throughout all of this that might kinda lead towards the right direction. I haven't been able to get into contact with anybody due to my time constraints, though I believe I remember exactly which episode was running at the time and now exactly why I couldn't find it.
So it seems from what I gathered, the episode in question wasn't even a episode, yet a recap of 3 episodes that they aired as a Hour Long OVA called "The Adventures of Naruto!... Oh, and Everyone Else's, Too / One on One: Every Genin for Themselves!" Which basically is a recap of the previous 3 episodes. Great news right? Well it seems that this OVA is pretty much Partially Lost Media within itself. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FF210ZUWsyw
I checked what time slots it aired and it also happened to air aside a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon special which I actually remember being pretty hard to find as well. cnas.fandom.com/wiki/September_30,_2006 (There's a odd URL error with this link, just copy it all including the _2006 part and it should lead you to the right place.)
So what I gathered is that either that the Broadcast of this episode has the missing Bumper that I couldn't find, or it's apart of the 9PM Broadcast which I also remember watching too.
Another thing of note, it seems that a Youtuber briefly commented on the matter in one of their videos, here with the timestamp youtu.be/GZBvZGn6hsI?t=2708
I found a few comments that happened to relate to that and them as well noting they remember something approximately to this, however it triggered a memory I forgot and might of somewhat misconstrued due to my memory failing me.
There also seems to be some other people who recall this as well, including this guy who's seem to found something like this in a compilation, though can't say for sure if it's the same Bumper you also mentioned.
I will say I am curious if anybody has a tape recording of any of the Naruto OVA so that can be found as well, but I am also curious if somebody has a recording of the full Naruto Episodes on that day. Would be pretty helpful for the search.

Okay, now it seems a bit more plausible that the commercial in question did happen, it was just an extremely rare thing, but at least we have confirmation for it to be so. I actually found that the video that has the partial version of the special is on the archive web.archive.org/web/20220810001846/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FF210ZUWsyw but there were no commercials in it sadly. The person who uploaded it actually did so back here in the LMW forums.lostmediawiki.com/user/2928 so they might have more of it and just cut off the other parts, although unlikely. Would be worthwhile to try to contact them though, as it seems they last were active on here a few months ago.

I left them a comment just now asking if they could check out the post, however I'm fairly sure they're not so active on Youtube. Worth a try of course, just worrying that it could be also apart of the other episodes that aired during the 9-9:30PM Timeslots and it doesn't lead anywhere at all. Also sent her a message just now on LMW

This is probably our best lead so far, so we either need to wait for this or look for other people to contact.
Just bumping as it has been a bit. Sadly there's really nothing to update with and the person who you've pointed to hasn't responded. They more then likely won't for a while. Just hoping if bumped it could get some attention from any passerby's and we can get the ball rolling again.
