I've been keeping an eye on this thread for a while, there's not a lot of Naruto lost media out there so it'd be cool to find. I did post about it on Twitter recently and there was some searching but it doesn't look like anything came from it.
If all fails I could cover it in a video and see if anyone finds it on a home recording they have.

Sad to say that there really isn't any confirmation on my end, though I am happy to see that more people could be added to the search. Also a huge fan of your videos! Thank you for your support
Let me know if there's anything I can do to help. Sadly VHS Recordings tend to be a complete mystery to me and I had a flood in this house's basement that wiped out a good portion of them. All I can do is give a exact time and date with the broadcasting schedules I've shown.
Hmm, i'm honestly at a loss here. I have a hard time thinking that toonami would've created a whole leaf village 3D model or something of the sort for a short 5-10 sec bumper that somehow aired infrequently enough it doesn't show up in any bumper compilation, but it is still possible. I think you might have some luck trying to get into contact with someone from adult swim and asking about it, maybe on twitter. If not, then maybe there's the possibility that it wasn't naruto and that it wasn't 3D, like this youtu.be/1bl31SxY9sw?t=1528 spirited away bumper. The location looks somewhat close to what the hidden leaf village looks like and for what you remember of the latter part with the naruto logo, it could just be the show playing afterwards or something, not really sure. Having looked through commercial compilations around the time and bumpers and whatnot i haven't found anything closer than the things i've shared so i'm at a loss past asking the people involved running toonami.
Alright, I've done some digging and I think I have some pretty interesting finds throughout all of this that might kinda lead towards the right direction. I haven't been able to get into contact with anybody due to my time constraints, though I believe I remember exactly which episode was running at the time and now exactly why I couldn't find it.
So it seems from what I gathered, the episode in question wasn't even a episode, yet a recap of 3 episodes that they aired as a Hour Long OVA called "The Adventures of Naruto!... Oh, and Everyone Else's, Too / One on One: Every Genin for Themselves!" Which basically is a recap of the previous 3 episodes. Great news right? Well it seems that this OVA is pretty much Partially Lost Media within itself. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FF210ZUWsyw
I checked what time slots it aired and it also happened to air aside a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon special which I actually remember being pretty hard to find as well. cnas.fandom.com/wiki/September_30,_2006 (There's a odd URL error with this link, just copy it all including the _2006 part and it should lead you to the right place.)
So what I gathered is that either that the Broadcast of this episode has the missing Bumper that I couldn't find, or it's apart of the 9PM Broadcast which I also remember watching too.
Another thing of note, it seems that a Youtuber briefly commented on the matter in one of their videos, here with the timestamp youtu.be/GZBvZGn6hsI?t=2708
I found a few comments that happened to relate to that and them as well noting they remember something approximately to this, however it triggered a memory I forgot and might of somewhat misconstrued due to my memory failing me. View Attachment
There also seems to be some other people who recall this as well, including this guy who's seem to found something like this in a compilation, though can't say for sure if it's the same Bumper you also mentioned. View Attachment
I will say I am curious if anybody has a tape recording of any of the Naruto OVA so that can be found as well, but I am also curious if somebody has a recording of the full Naruto Episodes on that day. Would be pretty helpful for the search.
I actually wanted to go back to this post since I happened to make a bit of a Mockup of what exactly I remember.
It's a bit jank since I was using In Game footage of Rise of a Ninja and had to crop together and edit something that looks decent, but hopefully this helps point people towards the right direction!
That could be helpful for people to at least remember if they've seen it! Also glad to hear you've been keeping an eye on the thread, LSSQ! Really the only other leads I can think of beyond just waiting for this person to respond is trying to contact people that worked on toonami back in the day, but its probably unlikely they would have that sort of stuff on them. Although if enough buzz about this gets out, i guess it's not impossible adult swim and toonami could share the bumper on twitter or something.

Hey all! Got into contact with Arian. Sadly it seems that they wouldn't know about the bumper in any way themselves which is a shame, but understandable.

Oh, that's unfortunate, although understandable. This does mean that someone does probably have the full recording but if it might not be there then that does make it trickier... Guess we ought to find some other sources.
Does anyone have those content warnings that aired for some CN Naruto stuff or the dreaded CN fence when that important Naruto episode cut off abruptly haha.
Hey, I would like to give some info on this because I think I have some actual info, I discovered about this search because I saw it on LSSQ Twitter. I live in Brazil and first saw this bumper on Cartoon Network during an commercial break, I can't remember the year exactly, when I saw it I tought it was an AD for a new Naruto game because it was like a vision(as in first person) of someone "running" through Konoha Village with a lot of details and finishing showing the CN logo, the mockup someone did in this thread is extremly accurate. Naruto wasn't airing at that momment when this showed up, It was Ben 10 at the time I saw it. I saw it on a friend's house at the time, I did not have cable tv, when I came home I tried to search on youtube to see it again and found nothing. After some years I finally found it again on YouTube, It was a brazilian channel that was uploading "What's Next this month?" They're like ads that features the death from billy and mandy reading an newspaper and on it would show up what was coming that month in CN. Among those videos there it was, it was this CN bumper naruto themed, I rewatched it and didn't think much of it but then I read the comments. There was brazilian people saying it was pretty rare, and that there were people searching for it and i'm pretty sure this was the first time I heard of Lost Media ever, that why I remember it a lot. I think the lost media community was really small at the time, the person who uploaded the video was acting really mean in the comments towards people who would like to share the video, he said he had no intentions of keeping the footage and would delete video really soon, as I saw this I immediatly downloaded the video but I'm really sorry, the HDD is long gone, I was a kid back then and my computer would need a repair all the time because of viruses and this HDD broke at one point. Still talking about the comments, it seems they knew who made the bumper, he was brazilian too and had a twitter, I clicked the link and he said in there that he didn't want to take credit for it because apparently he didn't like the job(like it was not his best work or something like that). He Tweeted in a way there is no way you could find it by searching for "naruto" "cn bumpers" these keywords, the title of the video posted was titled in a way you can't find through these words too, I have no idea why people where trying so hard for this thing not to be found, It was really cool. This is all that I can remember.
When I was a kid, I used to watch a lot of Naruto back in the day and remember that they would show it on Toonami. I remember that there was a Bumper that sometimes would play before an episode would air. It was a 3D rendered Hidden Leaf Village, with the CN Logo at the time plastered onto a wooden fence while two Shuriken fly into the screen and hit the wooden board surrounding the logo. In the past few days I've been thinking about it and tried to search it up through Youtube and all, looking through the mass amount of CN City era bumpers to no avail. I've also gone through a lot of the Toonami Bumpers I could find and search through what I can there, although if I remember this was aired not during Toonami's block so it's what's bugging me about this.
I'm still looking to find information about this on my own and hopefully I can get some leads, however I'm pretty much come up short and I'm hoping more interest is gathered about this. It would be pretty cool to find this bumper again.
I've actually got a tape of just naruto on toonami that might have that. I'll look at it tonight and see. From what I remember, commercials are cut, but you never know. much love
EDIT - I've checked the tape. Got nothing. Sorry. Hope you have better luck!
