Does anyone have those content warnings that aired for some CN Naruto stuff or the dreaded CN fence when that important Naruto episode cut off abruptly haha.
What's the CN Fence interruption? I'm pretty sure I watched all of Naruto when it was premiering but I don't recall that. I definitely remember the content warnings though, I saw one of those on YouTube at some point recently so someone saved one of them.
As for the lost bumper in this thread, the claim from ti4848 could be useful with how descriptive it is as well. I looked it up and Naruto started airing on Latin America CN in January 2007. This means the bumper would have aired in December 2006 or possibly even in January, which lines up pretty well with its September 2006 US air time.
It would probably be no easier finding CN Latin America recordings than it would be US recordings but it gives us another option. Not sure what to make of the claim that the original uploader made it and didn't want people to share it. If it was up when the lost media community was small, then it was probably in the mid 2010s which means it's long gone by now.

Hey, I would like to give some info on this because I think I have some actual info, I discovered about this search because I saw it on LSSQ Twitter. I live in Brazil and first saw this bumper on Cartoon Network during an commercial break, I can't remember the year exactly, when I saw it I tought it was an AD for a new Naruto game because it was like a vision(as in first person) of someone "running" through Konoha Village with a lot of details and finishing showing the CN logo, the mockup someone did in this thread is extremly accurate. Naruto wasn't airing at that momment when this showed up, It was Ben 10 at the time I saw it. I saw it on a friend's house at the time, I did not have cable tv, when I came home I tried to search on youtube to see it again and found nothing. After some years I finally found it again on YouTube, It was a brazilian channel that was uploading "What's Next this month?" They're like ads that features the death from billy and mandy reading an newspaper and on it would show up what was coming that month in CN. Among those videos there it was, it was this CN bumper naruto themed, I rewatched it and didn't think much of it but then I read the comments. There was brazilian people saying it was pretty rare, and that there were people searching for it and i'm pretty sure this was the first time I heard of Lost Media ever, that why I remember it a lot. I think the lost media community was really small at the time, the person who uploaded the video was acting really mean in the comments towards people who would like to share the video, he said he had no intentions of keeping the footage and would delete video really soon, as I saw this I immediatly downloaded the video but I'm really sorry, the HDD is long gone, I was a kid back then and my computer would need a repair all the time because of viruses and this HDD broke at one point. Still talking about the comments, it seems they knew who made the bumper, he was brazilian too and had a twitter, I clicked the link and he said in there that he didn't want to take credit for it because apparently he didn't like the job(like it was not his best work or something like that). He Tweeted in a way there is no way you could find it by searching for "naruto" "cn bumpers" these keywords, the title of the video posted was titled in a way you can't find through these words too, I have no idea why people where trying so hard for this thing not to be found, It was really cool. This is all that I can remember.
Oh wow Brazil? I remember seeing it and watching it during an american broadcast, so I am curious if it aired in multiple regions. Having read this is quite exciting though knowing potentially it could be out there in some form or fashion. I wonder if it happened to air on US Airwaves potentially as a mistake. From what I gathered it seems some people remember it cutting out or the broadcast getting interrupted/Bugged before it continued.

I actually did a lil bit of digging since I got curious myself and happened to of found this video from 2007 www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfSEU4dDC7M
Seems they had a technical difficulties screen that presents the Cartoon Network logo on a Wooden Fence. Although this isn't the bumper, it's still a interesting find.
Shooting a message here since it's been a while, wanted to give this more traction. Still have not been able to find anything about the bumper at all and nothing has changed since the last time posting about it.

This has a decent chance at being found, it's just a pretty niche search area, Brazil, 2006-2007, has to have been recorded on a VHS and still be around, but tons of niche things have been found before so hopefully this one gets added to that pile
Found this thread due to LSSQ's video on it. Really interesting! I'm brazilian myself, altough i was very young around this timeframe of 2007-2009, and didn't even have cable TV until 2014, so i can't recall anything. There are lots of people in Brazil who enjoyed archiving TV broadcasts during this era, but mostly for public TV channels. I've been watching tons of bumper compilations to see if anything rings any bells. (And, honestly, watching these bumpers feels much more nostalgic than watching the shows themselves, XD)
In case anyone needs help with translation, since this search apparently is rooted in brazilian broadcasts, i'd love to help!

It's always good to see more people coming along to help the search! Anything would be appreciated

It might be a long or short search depending on the matter, though I am hoping some sort of progress could be made with this. I'm genuinely excited!
I've been keeping an eye on this thread for a while, there's not a lot of Naruto lost media out there so it'd be cool to find. I did post about it on Twitter recently and there was some searching but it doesn't look like anything came from it.
If all fails I could cover it in a video and see if anyone finds it on a home recording they have.
Just came here from your video. This caught my attention immediately while I was drawing, cause I’m pretty sure I saw this bumper used in a Rebel Taxi video at some point. I’m gonna scroll through his videos and see if I can find it

Hi! If you could then I'd be more then happy to see myself. I'm actually surprised cause I've watched Rebel Taxi for so long that I wouldn't of realized if it was actually in one of his videos.
UPDATE: Those who are coming from the LSSQ Video and are interested in the search, I welcome everyone! Hopefully we can eventually find this piece of lost media for good. I wanted to make a summary of everything so far just to bring people up to speed, and what stuff has been brought up by people that I believe is not it. I figured this would be easier for people to read as apposed to a whole bunch of text spread across 3 Pages, so here it is.
Details This is a Bumper that had lasted about 5-10 seconds in length, sporting the Leaf Village in the background, a Wooden Fence with the Cartoon Network logo. There are a few things that I feel I might of misremembered as a result of being so long, but there are things such as Shurikens Hitting up the Wooden Fence being one of them. One other distinct thing is when I saw this bumper, it seemed to freeze frame on a particular part of the screen for a while and immediately afterwards it jumped to an episode of Naruto. I had made a Mockup of what exactly I remembered the bumper looking like.
Which Episode of Naruto? There are Two possibilities with this I feel. The first is around the time that the Special Recap for Naruto aired. This would of either been September 23rd or September 30th. It's also notable given Naruto's 11 AM time slot, meaning it didn't air on Toonami. My second guess is that this could of been the Week afterwards on October 7th, 2006 where they aired the 54th Episode. I distinctly remember Dosu's Death Scene which is why I've been thinking it might of been then instead of when the Special Aired.
I've gotten a few comments asking what exactly it could be and I will let you know, It was nothing having to do with the Miyazaki Promos on CN, it wasn't in relation to the Naruto Hundo, it wasn't a advertisement for a Video Game (it would be way too short regardless), and it absolutely was in 2006, at least here in America.
There is one thing in particular I saw about the CN Fence which I did take a look at, if you're wondering, it happens to look like this
I went to take a look deeper into this and while it does have similarities, the bumper itself was animated and had sound with it, while this is a static image just to display when Cartoon Network Broadcasting gets messed up. I did happen to see that it had occurred during a Naruto Episode though, apparently when the 4th Hokage died, but that wasn't until 2007 here.
Now then, there is hope that it could be out there in Latin America as well. Credit to ti4848 for mentioning this. Seems that the possibility of it being reused in that region could of also occurred and there might be promotional material with it in there, however the person who original uploaded it said he wasn't proud of it and barked at the people who generally were interested in it, then taking it down never to be reuploaded. Would be great to see if we could find both the original bumper and the Latin American Promo if there is any chance of that.
This is all I know of though, hopefully this helps you all out and keeps you guys informed to know what to look for. Any help is appreciated!
Okay, having looked through as many latin american Cartoon Network commercials videos running through late 2006 until early/mid 2009 as I could find on Youtube, I did not see a single thing that's alike what we're looking for. This doesn't mean that it doesn't exist or anything of the sort, but it could be possible that it might not exist on one or more of the areas that comprise the "latam" Cartoon Network stuff. I say that cause the user specified it being brazil, and there's been some talk about latam in general, but all of these had different signals with different ads, not only just products specific to the regions but even ads featuring the CN characters like this one www.youtube.com/watch?v=Do9-LdzElaY&ab_channel=ZonaDeJogging I personally couldn't find many brazillian interstitial videos but maybe people from the region can do a better job there. It definitely seems more plausible to find a version from elsewhere, however it might've been used, than a recording of a single day where the bumper might've been aired. Honestly the ad sounds familiar to me but I'm more willing to believe that I'm just making up a memory than me actually remembering it.
Is this it? It's not exactly how you described, but it is in part 3D rendered, includes Naruto throwing shurikens that unveil the CN logo, and is indeed from a 2007 rerun marathon for Naruto, so it fits the time era and all. vimeo.com/121935650

I'm pretty sure we already excluded the Naruto Hundo Marathon from the possible candidates, it's not close enough to what slyshi claimed to remember unfortunately.
When I was researching the topic for my video, I did come across big playlists for the "New This Month" Grim Newspaper promos, and also the promos that predated the Grim ones which involved characters in an airport.
In both of these cases, the playlists seem to be incomplete and don't cover every month for every year. However, there are a couple Naruto clips seen in the Airport bumpers from January and February 2007, which is around our timeframe, but nothing from the 3D bumper.
Based on this, I'm guessing the Naruto bumper would have been shown in a Grim promo from late 2006 promoting its upcoming release, which has not been archived, and then later was moved to the Airport promos once the series started airing in 2007. But if that's true, we're missing 2 to 3 whole years of Grim promos. So either the early ones are rare, or maybe ti4848 was misremembering.
Not to mention, I don't know when the Grim promos started officially airing, but this other video of someone who claims to have animated it puts a date of 2008 on its production- youtu.be/WzlEsNcfbTU?si=g1KxsVpqLlYKI8wp
If that's true, a Grim promo wouldn't have even existed in 2006. I'm starting to think something isn't adding up here.
