For those who went to movie theaters (mainly for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone for example) back in 2001, or saw it on VHS, what was your reaction to the teaser trailer for the 2002 film, "Scooby-Doo"? (Just trying to do a little survey (or something) here): youtube.com/watch?v=fKqZ1Sv4aX0&feature=share
Basically, it would solely focus on the Latin American version of Cartoon Network, but English only (and with its original Spanish text). (It would also mostly focus on promos, interstitials, and other rare stuff (including Copa Toon, and Votatoon as examples) from Powerhouse, City, and other eras via old recordings)
Recreations of English promos are also allowed (to give a better idea of what it looked like with English audio, as long as it's available online) until the real deals are found.
I will also include Latin American versions of Boomerang, and Tooncast. (Even though it's called the CNLA English Archives)

So, you know those Slim Jim ads from the 90s with that Slim Jim Guy mascot? (The one with the Slim Jim hair). Well, I heard there was another Slim Jim ad from Devnul's video about the Slim Jim Guy here: youtube.com/watch?v=FDyH6XPPQMs&feature=share (NOTE: It's around the 22:03 mark)
It was a 15-sec ad where someone was holding a Slim Jim contemplating they want to eat it or something. It then showed a huge set of teeth coming down onto the Slim Jim Guy, slamming shut onto him. (That's literally all I know thanks to that video, as the commercial hasn't resurfaced years later. I mean, if that local Subway ad can be found, then so can this lost Slim Jim ad)

I remember seeing this one Trix ad from 1972 when it was on YouTube, but now I can't find it anymore.
The commercial had the Rabbit going after a kid and the Fruit Stripe zebra mascot on a two seated bicycle (because they have a box of Trix). But when he bumps into them, the boy tells him the "Trix are for Kids" slogan, and the zebra adds "And so is Fruit Stripe Gum! Five fruit flavors that tickle your tongue!" while presenting Fruit Stripe Gum. Another part I remember was that it also featured the same boy having one of the pieces of gum, and yeah. It was also fully animated (just like the previous Trix ads of the 60s).
That's literally all I can remember about this ad.

Anyone remember this toy? It was made by Flying Colors/Nickelodeon around 2000-2001, where you could turn plastic sticks (called "Pla-Stix") into molds.
The Melt-O-Matic featured molds of characters from Rocket Power (one of Nickelodeon's shows from the late 90s/early 00s), along with a cut-out skate park for your molds.
There also existed packs for SpongeBob SquarePants and The Powerpuff Girls (even though the latter's a Cartoon Network show), but they're rare to find nowadays. (I'm getting the PPG one w/ Bubbles and Buttercup (since there also exists a pack with Blossom and Mojo Jojo) from eBay, and I might consider getting the Melt-O-Matic itself in the future.

NOTE: It's a redone version of a dead post from 2017.
Seeing as how that lost Subway commercial has been found, I wanna talk about another local ad; one that I actually remember seeing as a kid.
Back in the early-to-mid 2000s, I remember seeing this ad for Dinorex (the one in (I think) Crystal Lake, IL), which was an indoor amusement park that featured Bumper Car-nivores (bumper cars), Dino Play (which were skytubes, kinda like the ones at Chuck E. Cheese, but a little smaller), Rexo Coaster (a bigger version of the Dragon Wagon roller coaster you'd see at those carnivals), Tyrano Jet, and (if I remember correctly,) a small arcade (one of the games I remember was Skee Ball). It then closed down sometime in the mid-to-late 2000s (probably 2007), and became a Monkey Joe's, which also closed down, but in the mid-2010s.
But enough of that now. Here's what I remember about the commercial:
- It had carnival-like music. - It also had a female announcer talking about the aforementioned indoor amusement park. - The only footage I can remember is of the Rexo Coaster, and the Dinorex logo (with its three locations (aside from Crystal Lake; Arlington Heights, IL, and Addison, IL) superimposed over footage of children in a circle lying upward on the floor while the camera spins around, then it freeze frames at the end of the ad. - It aired somewhere between 2003-2005 on (probably) kids channels like Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network.
That's literally all I can remember. If anyone from Illinois has any recorded VHS tapes from 2003-2005, please try and find it.
Le Petit Package was a 1999 short film shot in black and white, and created by Matt Stone while he was working alongside with Trey Parker on Comedy Central's TV show, South Park.
---PLOT [FROM AIN'T IT COOL NEWS' WEBSITE; BTW, P***S IS CENSORED DUE TO IT BEING INAPPROPRIATE]---
A car drives up to a park. Matt Stone gets out. He takes a package out of the car. It is a gun. He puts the gun on the ground. He takes off his coat, his shirt, his pants. He is naked. He puts the gun to his head. The French music builds. And suddenly, his p***s to dance to the music. Up and down and up and down. He is happy. It dances left and right and up and down. He smiles. And he dances long with his p***s. A bicyclist drives by, seemingly not noticing. Then, a cop who smiles and waves. Then three unicyclists. Around and around the p***s goes. Then, a guy in a sweater comes by. He drops his pants and his p***s dances too. They both dance and their p*****s dance. Then, a third guy. And a fourth guy. Then, a clown. And a mime. And a black guy. Then a cute girl comes out with a trophy and gives it to the black guy. Then the girl gets on a swing behind the naked, dancing men and swings. Fade to black. The end.
The only existence of this short was a clip used in an early Braniff Airlines logo that can be seen on the unaired pilot of South Park (Ironically, the Braniff logo is from 1996) and it's currently unknown if Matt Stone still has the short film, or not.
''Penis'' is not a vulgar word, it's a male genitals.
I'm pretty sure that's how it looked when I found it somewhere online.

I need help trying to look for a promo for the Super Soaker Sweepstakes Hasbro and Cartoon Network held back in April of 2002.
If I remember correctly, it was a parody of 007 with the Eds from Ed, Edd n Eddy in it, but with them in different colors. (I know Ed was yellow, and Edd/Double Dee was pink, which the latter lampshades) They were also avoiding streams of water (presumably from the Super Soakers, though we never see who was using them the whole time), at least until the end of the promo.
I think the promo went like this if I also remember correctly:
[it starts off with a parody of 007 with Super Soakers shown, along with Eddy (from EEnE) in a different color scheme]
Eddy: Alright boys, let's go for the grand prize!
[transitions to all three of the Eds]
Announcer: The coolest force in town...
Edd: Why do I have to be pink?
[the Eds notice streams of water as they run off]
Announcer: (cont.) ...is not the Eds. It's the Super Soakers.
[transitions to the sweepstakes's logo, then the CartoonNetwork.com logo. We see the Eds continuously avoiding the water, as it shows the entire line of Super Soakers]
Announcer: Enter the Super Soaker Sweepstakes on CartoonNetwork.com for a chance to win the entire Super Soaker line.
[the Eds climb up a fence as the water shows different Super Soakers]
Announcer: One cool cat gets all twelve. 400 runners-up will win a Super Soaker of their own.
[the Eds are shown with an umbrella, as they have nowhere to go. The water splashes all over them, reverting back to their normal colors. We then see the sweepstakes and CN.com logos again, then to the Eds, who are all wet]
Announcer: Enter the Super Soaker Sweepstakes on CartoonNetwork.com.
