I asked another former 4kids worker and they said that Konami cross Media NY might still have the master copies. My time looking for anything else about this dub will probably end soon. I feel like I hit a big dead end. Here's to someone finding the lost English dub eps 16-26 that aired internationally otherwise I'm hoping somebody just subs the Hungarian dub eps 16-26 Into English to see 4kids script alterations and deviations.
Another bizarre edit I noticed was that 4kids redrew all the 2D race cars from the Japanese version to be 3D cgi models instead during the non racing segments?!
I got a confirmation from an old 4kids editor that 4kids did indeed added cgi F-Zero cars over the old 2D ones cause their boss told them it would stand out more for the US audiences.

Makes sense, reminds me of how the DiC dubs of Sailor Moon and KOTZ had those fancy new transition shots added in.
A recent interview on the 4kids flashback podcast with the co-producer of the 4kids ultraman tiga said they have the fully produced 4kids ultraman tiga English dub (a 52 episode show where half went UNAIRED in the US!) Hopefully someone who worked on the 4kids F-Zero GP Legend English dub adaptation has copies that that short lived 26 episodes season of 4kids F-Zero GP Legend dub.
I'm comparing the uncut Japanese episodes with some of the lost 4kids eps that were translated into Hungarian and I'm surprised there have been little time cuts in some eps, just digital paint censorship and unnecessary 3D CGI added to the cars.
I got to talk to Amy Birnbaum, voice of Lucy Liberty and Tek Hughes in the 4kids F-Zero GP Legend English dub! She basically said she remembers almost nothing about it basically. Aye!
