The chip pan fire episode of Come Outside (Useful Holes) and the ending of the Horrid Henry episode Perfect Peter Pumps Up, where Peter beats up Bossy Bill.
When I was younger in about 2006 or so, the episode of the Nickelodeon show Mr. Meaty where a customer's nose accidentally got put into the fryer terrified me so much that I immediately turned off the TV after that point and I still don't recall what actually happened for the rest of the episode, just that moment.
Despite the frustrations of normal day life we go through, the best thing to do about it is still being happy for our friends and family.
How could I forget the Tom and Jerry Tales episode Ho Ho Horrors? The part where Tom is hanging from a light fixture, which comes off the ceiling and electrocutes him scared me even more than the others I mentioned. The build up to the moment, plus the black screen with flashing lights combined with Tom's loud screams gave me several sleepless nights as a child, and even to this day, I turn the power off at the fuse box just to change a light bulb 😂

OMG when I was a kid I had a Wii Shovelware game (as every kid with a Wii did LOL.) Anyway, it was called Crayola Colorful Journey, and one of the company's that made it were called Fun Crank, and their opening logo is traumatizing. A gong sound played, and the logo was above a bunch of messed up looking monkey dolls just stare back at you. This caught me off guard when I first played it, and even today it gives me a jumpscare.
The Goodnight moon animation (the one by HBO kids). We had the DVD and I loved it as a kid but the goodnight moon part specifically creeped me out. I finally found the thing at a local Goodwill and watching it, yeah I could see why I was scared of it. The weird 3d pans, sudden cuts to black and white, and 2000s MS paint quality animation + jagged movements just didn't sit right with me. Fun fact: this DVD is actually where the "Have you ever had a dream" kid came from. Even though I watched this DVD constantly when I was younger, I didn't remember that.
That part in the Disney "The very hungry caterpillar" animation where the hungry caterpillar looks like he needs to puke. I guess I didn't like seeing a favorite character sick? Though episodes of other shows about sickness didn't scare me so I don't know.
The Lionsgate logo with the gears. I loved the leapfrog movies but I would bury my head in the couch and cover my ears when they started because they started with that Lionsgate logo. Maybe I hated it because of the sound?

You mean the red Lionsgate logo they use for their horror films?

I can see one being a little intimidated by the normal one.
"oooh, you're a- a freaked out child in the woods..."

When i was little, my family had a TiVo DVR. After it starts up, it shows an intro video involving the TiVo mascot inside a real life house. This freaked me out because i thought the TiVo mascot was going to come out our TV. Years later, i eventually got over it.
On the other hand, My dad had a flip phone made by a company called Virgin Mobile. When you turn it on, It shows a video of the Virgin Mobile logo with a feminine robot voice says “virgin mobile”. When you shut it down, the same voice from earlier returns, this time with electronic descending sounds. It’s kind of embarrassing, but I’m too afraid to turn it on, even to play the demo games it came with…
Ooh a random memory, So for some reason one of the main instances I can remember of me actually hiding behind something to avoid contact was like- Ok so there was a episode of Dora the Explorer and for some reason Swiper didn't have his mask thing or whatever for a minute and for absolutely no reason I was terrified of it and I used to hide behind the doll house we had to avoid looking at it every time that episode came on. My only guess on why would be because I was like 3-4 when I saw it and wasn't used to it so it being different just made my baby brain uncomfortable???

There is a mexican brand of mattresses called Selther, It happens that for some time they made commercials with a person dressed as a test dummy to promote the brand... and that was keeping me awake at night. And taking into account that the commercials used to be aired at nightime... well, yeah.
honestly i had a few things that used to scare me as a kid but one that really stuck out to me due to how now i find it pretty silly and weird was the weegee meme from that mario goes missing game you would see on early youtube back in the 2010s, there was however a very specific one where it was of a yt video where someone showcased some smash bros brawl stage mod where the stage was of this super hyper realistic weegee that honestly scare the hell outta me and gave me nightmares, haven't been able to find that specific video but now i think about it i kinda laugh at it
