Allison Pregler seems determined to keep the Movie Nights episode where she reviewed Vampire's Kiss with Brad Jones(The Cinema Snob) under wraps so she can engage in revisionist history and pretend like her and Brad were never friends.
I think technically all lost media under a currently operating corporation could count. The full, original version of Disney's Wish? Yep. Me and my friends? Yep. Coyote vs. ACME? Do I even need to say it?
That last one just hurts. Technically, a bunch of cancelled movies can also fit this category: Larrikins, Me and My Shadow, B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations, Monkeys of Mumbai, American Dog, SCOOB! Holiday Haunt, Batgirl, and of course, Coyote vs. ACME.
Now, i’d pray the film gets leaked online, but I’m starting to doubt even that will happen.

Ooh, what's the story with Wish? I didn't know there was anything lost there!

So theres a lot of evidence that Wish was radically altered from its original concept, presumably at the last minute, to deliver a more traditionally classic Disney movie for the anniversary. The most public and in detailed evidence is the official art book. I don't own a copy myself but it details MANY of the original plans such as the star character being a boy about the same age as the original protagonist and being her love interest and there being two main villains with the king and queen. A storyboarded and voice acted scene also leaked on twitter recently of the human-like star shapeshifting to help the main charcter escape the villainous queen and her evil cat. The existance of this storyboard is the current largest indicator that this version of Wish got decently far in development. I will link to these as soon as possible!

What's wrong with Brad? Yeah, I know about the whole Change the Channel thing from about five years ago, but what what his role and extent of that role in that debacle?

Some ex-CA members were mad that he didn't live CA like they did and he made some comments on Double-Toasted that made light of some of the more silly complaints on the CTC document and said on one Midnight Screening video that he didn't think the whole thing was worth it. I get why some were upset but Allison was really immature how she handled it, she could've actually talked to Brad instead of throwing a temper tantrum and removing all of his cameos and videos out of spite(hopefully he still has a copy of that Vampire's Kiss video). Then him and his wife got swatted(or something like that)and Allison and others had the fucking nerve to claim he was lying about it when he wasn't, Tony Goldmark also gleefully spread false rumors about Brad being sexually inappropriate with his niece and openly bragged, seeing Linkara seemingly OK with all of that made me lose some respect for him as well.
It's a lot of stupid drama bullshit basically, shame on Allison and the others for lying about Brad like that and handling this in such a childish manner.
Something I've noticed recently is creators of older content who decide their older stuff is too embarrassing, low quality, or could get them in trouble due to current social norms, so they remove parts of it or more often just completely delete it. That mentality really bugs me although I kinda get it.

Oh, wow, I like the sound of a lot of that. Not so sure about Star being the love interest, but otherwise! Thanks for answering.

Welcome! Forgive the very late dump but here's concept art for the original version of Star as well as the leaked storyboard
I honestly don't really know how far along this version went, often times things change radically even during storyboard and voice work periods. But it's interesting! And has more fan art than what came out...

i say gearbox's version of counter-strike condition zero. it was VERY, VERY close to completion. gearbox could make an agreement about releasing it, but valve is... iffy about most of their scrapped content. i would love for it to be released to the public somehow

Definitely interesting! Wonder what made them change seemingly the whole entire concept. Villain, hero, sense of humour, overall look and feel... crazy. Hope we get answers one day.

They wanted something more safe for their 100th Anniversary (with a bunch of pointless cameos from other Disney characters from previous films forcibly shoehorned in for good measure).

Isn't some of this included in that Blu-Ray that came out recently?

If it is, someone should get to archiving it ASAP.
