I mean, just about anything under the sun for one reason or another.
The main ones would be the true crime and otherwise graphic content that the news networks and law enforcement don't want out there, like the missing portions of the Virginia Tech manifesto, the Toy Box audio recordings, and the Tim Piazza hazing video (if it exists).
The smaller fish, and I say that loosely, would be film and media related - at least to me. There's a couple of YouTubers I know of who have privated/unlisted/deleted their channels, so 15 or so years of material is just gone as far as being in the public eye goes. So, it's sort of up to them whether or not they want to talk about it and if the footage is at least saved somewhere. People like Boh3m3 have said that while they have some of their old content but has it unlisted due to copyright issues (or just feeling embarrassed by them), a portion of it is lost to the ether unless someone saved it because the hard drives he saved them on went kaput. Others like Ultimatekai have more or less completely disappeared online and given the circumstances of the last two or so years she would post, I take it she would rather go out silently and just leave things behind her.
Film is a tricky one, too. You have the more obvious stuff like The Day the Clown Cried, but then you have alternate, cut, and deleted scenes if the films weren't lost and unaccounted for. I posted about one of these recently, which is the "blue man" scene from Children of the Corn, which actor Rich Kleinberg (who played him in the film) recanted in an interview that he got a call from Fritz Kiersch saying that his scene was being cut due to time restraints. Since then, only two photos or so from it have surfaced and were used as promotional material for the film, and it's not clear if it's ever going to see the light of day or why it was never included on any of the bonus features on the DVDs or VHS releases. If the footage exists, then the indie and underground scene is like that as well; like supposed missing stuff from the August Underground trilogy and the unused Toetag Inc SFX shots from Murder-Set-Pieces.
