i don't have any personal lost media, but my sister's friend does: he remembers a nickelodeon bumper game that he played on a TV when he was younger, but unfortunately can't find anything about it on the internet. i might ask my sister for more details.

I think that's more just normal lost media? Personal more or less means you made it yourself, or it involved you somehow. Like old home movies, or a game you programmed.

A good portion of the drawings (along with some silly image edits and memes) made by me in my younger days are gone, especially the ones I posted on amino communities and on the Atelier801 forums. Some of the drawings I had posted on my now deactivated Twitter account were archived by me, however, there's this ONE specific drawing I ended up deleting on a whim, and I regret it so much. It wasn't really good, but the concept was so clever and funny.
Also, if stuff that was never released publicly counts as well, all of the silly Windows Movie Maker slideshows I used to make when I was a lil kid are now lost, but I don't really regret not archiving those though, since they were mostly plain unfunny. Going back to the topic of drawings, most of the art me and my old friend would make then send to each other are gone, well at least on my end. Among those, there's another one that I ended up deleting on a whim (along with that other drawing, as they were on the same folder), which I also regret doing so, as it was a sketch of my character done by her. Even though we don't talk anymore, that small sketch means so much to me, since it was the first and only time someone drew one of my characters. It's a shame I'll never see it again.
This is stupid but I'm willing to share. I don't know if anyone knows what Amino is but it's kind of a mix of Discord and Instagram like you just join chats and talk and make posts and stuff. Anyway, like a year ago I made I made a drawing and sent in it a chat there, it was on off brand of The Grim Adventures Of Billy & Mandy, except it was purposefully drawn horribly and it was called The Hellish Adventures Of Willy & Nancy. A lot of my friends remember it but none of us can find it anymore and no one is willing to scroll up all the way to May 2021 because we send hundreds of messages a day, and no even knows which chat it was sent in
A "creepypasta" I wrote on wattpad when I was 9-10 years old, I deleted it myself so It's gone forever. I don't care too much it was unfunnily terrible, but I was still somewhat disappointed when I went back to see if it could be salvaged somehow.
1. I had taken lots of videos and photos between 2008-2010 but the hard drive I had stored them on failed (as I was backing it up ironically) and I was unable to recover much of the data so I only have photos early 2008 and any I took before then, to a few 2009 any of my photos and videos after 2010 is safe for now. I was quite bummed out since at the time 2008-2010 I was doing a large study on Lepidoptera (Butterflies and Moths) and recording different species life cycles, their sizes, variation between adult individuals of the same species, migrations and so on. I still have a lot of the files thankfully, but some of the important information I have is long gone.
2. I used to have a Deus Ex fan made mod where you played as man with the surname "Madison" and you worked for Morgan Everett and the Illuminati and your mission was to assassinate the President of the United States. The version I had was unfinished but interesting all the same, I first lost the .DX map files and still had the .U files which I though might help locate the mod and I did post them online once but can no longer find them online, and I have since lost those too.
3. Back in 2004-2007 I was making my own Deus Ex mod and worked on several different mods including one where I had a day to night cycle where the skybox textures would change after a time period and when you were not in a place to see the skybox, so the change wasn't so obvious. I also made each map as detailed as possible for the time, the game engine limitations and my PC could handle. My mod took place after the original games endings. You killed Bob page but didn't like the thought of the Illuminati and Morgan Everett taking over control, so went back to Tracer Tong to try and stop Everett. Since you still liked Tracer Tong more than the Illiminati, but just not Tong's insane plan to destroy Area 51. In the mod you would find out that Bob Page actually wasn't dead and that was a augmented clone you killed. Tracer Tong and Paul Denton goes missing and you have to locate them and you find out that Paul Denton got very sick after trying to install new augmentations after the kill switch removal and Tracer knew the only way to save him was to have him cryogenically frozen in Antarctica, like JC was in Deus Ex: Invisible War.
I still have all my other Deus Ex mods and files, except the mod I just mentioned and my mod as all my files I had made were gone which was a shame since I was able to take code from other Unreal engine games such as Clive Barkers Undying, Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone and Unreal/Unreal Tournament games and modified the code to work in Deus Ex and get some of the features those games had in Deus Ex but its now all gone.
4. I lost all the files I had from a "Games the best" compilation CD I got in the late 90s which had 100 or 1001 games on it or something and as it was a generic compilation CD, I no longer know what many of the games were and probably will never find them again unless I remember what they were.
5. A bunch of midi files I really liked but I have yet to find the midi files online, so I assume they might not be online and may have came on some CD I no longer have from the 90s.
6. I once (possibly in the 2000s) downloaded a whole Calvin and Hobbes fan site that had a background midi file that played named "Calvin.mid" and I always liked the music, but I no longer have the site copy or the midi file and haven't been able to find it on Archive.org so I am not sure if I can ever get it back again.
7. In the 2000s (2004-05 I think) I was learning Visual Basic and Visual C# and I made my on program that was essentially a front end to Windows XP and it allowed you to access features, settings and other programs in XP quickly. It had a side bar like the Windows Longhorn side widget bar and it had a text box where you could write text and save it either to a text file or e-mail it to someone. I made a feature where you could change Windows XP theme to a custom one easily and I tested it by making a "Microsoft Word" theme with the start button being the Microsoft Word 2000 square W logo and Words blue colors. I lost it along with a program I also made in C# and it was a a history of flags program. I was interested in flags then and the program I made, you could click on a menu on the left of the screen on a Civilisation, then you'd be taken to another menu with dates and when you clicked one, you'd get a third menu with flags from that Civilisation at the time. When you clicked on one, you'd get an image of the flag and text about the flag, such as it's history and use.
I had a phone with a lot of pictures on it. Sadly the thing got overheated, and it went to complete junk. I could try to find a hardware place that could possibly recover them, though that's a lot harder to do when you live in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin.
some of my schools plays since i didnt see anyone try to record them

I have one: a video recording of me planning my runaway. I still have it, but I think this could be under the category of media that exists, but isn’t available, so it’s still technically “lost media”.

Similarly there were videos uploaded on Youtube of speeches I did for my public speaking class in community college, originally my instructor tried to use some other program to record them but it kept giving her nothing but problems so she finally gave up on it and just put our speeches on Youtube unlisted and sent us links to them, unfortunately I didn't think to save the links and I don't remember the name of the Youtube channel they were on so I have no idea if they still exist or not.
A lot. I mean, I remember back then using film cameras and having many photos just lost because the film was exposed to light one time. Back in 2007, I had a roll of Ilford HP5+, and I was at Churchill Downs around that time and around the area as well. I took photos, and then what happened was the film in the roll snapped. I opened the camera, and that whole roll was just destroyed, lost, and gone for good. Lost because I just pitched it in the bin. Even then, I also had stuff online that's probably long gone by now—stuff on old hard drives that don't work. So I would say I have a lot of personal lost media myself. A lot of people nowadays don't understand that with film you can't expose it to light at all. If it's exposed to light, it's gone for good. You can't recover it at all, period.
