Lost Hello Kitty Magical Girl Anime (Magical Girl Rion)

This is not the Suruga-ya site to buy the manga, but rather for them to buy it off of you. Anything under the /kaitori/ section of the site is what they accept from the public, as Suruga-ya is a second-hand site.

Just thought I'd clear this up.

I am at school computer, btw, I didn't found anything under kaitori selection of a site. Also I would like to apology for confusion, thank you for pointing it out.

For future reference, you should visit www.suruga-ya.jp to search for the manga (which may include Doujinshi, as both the manga shown were listed as Doujinshi for Men) to buy. If the time arises in which a copy is put up, it should be possible for me to order it.
