Ok so this is essentially a "I'm going to the store you want anything?" post but with lost/obscure media. This is kind of an embarrassing post for me to make but I'm worried about overlooking something that's someone's looking for and realizing about that a bit too late. So basically, if there's anything like that, let me know so I can keep an idea out for it!!
I have lots of suggestions, but they are completely optional, and I'm not going to list everything: 1. Missing English dubs of Dragon Ball/Z 2. The Phuzz dubs of Doraemon and Crayon Shin-chan 3. Any obscure promotional VHS tapes

1. Any sort of horror film or anime regardless of the format; even if it's somehow on Betamax or Laserdisc. Just be sure to cross-reference the titles, dates, and any sort of casting details to see how common it is.
2. Vinyl and cassette tapes would be a good call too for similar reasons.

1. Blank VHS tapes. Who knows what could be on them? 1-1. Recordings of Space Cats, an obscure cartoon from Paul Fusco. 1-2. Footage of video games that have yet to be preserved on the internet. 1-3. Footage of Star Wars City, some unofficial Star Wars special. 1-4. Footage of Anthony Ant, an animated adaptation of the children's book series. 1-5. Footage of Vor-Tech: Undercover Conversion Squad. M.A.S.K. is getting a live-action adaptation, so... 2. Particularly obscure video games(or even entire CONSOLES) that haven't been preserved yet. Bonus points if it's an unlicensed game on a video game console. More bonus points if it's an unlicensed Genesis game that works on an Atgames Genesis. EVEN MORE bonus points if someone else played it, & was looking for it. EVEN MORE bonus points if it was made by someone in their free time, or when they were a kid. 2-1. Blank game cartridges, or gaming development kits. Who knows what's contained in them? 2-2. That spaceman DOS game Joel played. 2-3. Yeah Yeah Beebiss 1(though it's probably a hoax). 2-4. RSD Game Maker games. 3. Particularly obscure movies from very obscure VHS labels like Zane Entertainment Group, Mirage Video, Star Song, or TIV. Bonus points if it's an English dub of a foreign movie. EVEN MORE bonus points if the dubbed movie isn't from Japan, nor Mandarin/Chinese-speaking countries(e.g. Greece, Poland, Brazil, Denmark, Argentina, Sweden, Thailand, etc.). 4. CDs filled with pre-lawsuit Napster tracks. Apparently there was some stuff on Napster that can't be found anymore, so maybe you could find some lost stuff on those. 5. Blank CDs in general. You might just find something within the data of them. 6. CDs from particularly obscure bands, or musicians that haven't been preserved yet.
There's the hamster dance animated movie "The Hampsters Save Christmas" too. It supposedly sold about 2000 copies online and then seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth. It's a long shot, but it definitely sounds like the kind of thing to just be lying around in a thrift store without anyone knowing about it.
I like going through the CD section and finding clearly amateur bands since they're occasionally totally unpreserved online. They'll usually have some combination of: ugly cover art, default Windows fonts, no copyright info, and links to the band's MySpace page.
EDIT: It sold 2000 copies, not 200. There's even more hope!

Hoarding obscure self-published music on the off chance someone misses it.
More suggestions, but once again they're optional if you are not interested: 1. Promotional Jason Donovan VHS tapes from 1988-1993 (who knows, there might be a lost song or music video on there) 2. Blank VHS tapes (There can be lots of rare stuff on blank VHS tapes) 3. TV recordings of early US TV airings of "Thomas and the Magic Railroad" (While it is likely the final version, It's also likely that there might be an alternate version of the final version with some extra footage/alternate takes. Who knows what could air, since many TV versions of movies are well-known to air alternate footage/takes to make up for lost time) 4. An early promotional Pokemon VHS tape (I once heard on TV Tropes that there was a test pilot of the 4Kids dub of the anime that had Ash named "Casey" and voiced by an actual child actor) 5. Any lost media featuring my favorite actor Michael E. Rodgers (if there's any aside lost TATMR footage, personal TV appearances, commercial appearances, and/or the ABC TV pilot version of the 2000 British miniseries "Metropolis")

Could you be more specific about which stuff found on Napster cannot be found anymore? I'd be interested in looking for stuff like this.
quick! hide before ValerinoSOS comes and asks a stupid "was it _____" question!
Those "stupid questions" are how you narrow down the possibilities for what a piece of lost media is. Even if they were stupid questions, there's no need to call them out publicly on an unrelated thread.

Ken Austin actually wrote a comment on Whang's Napster vs Metallica video saying that there was some extremely rare stuff that are now seemingly impossible to find. JinzoCrash replied saying that he has a couple of Napster tracks that just don't exist anywhere else anymore. I know, I know that line: "Once it's posted on the internet, it stays on forever". But lemme tell you... THAT just ain't the case all the time, & in the case of pre-lawsuit Napster, some things just disappeared without a trace.
