I forgot to put down when I talked to Erica a while back. She said they dubbed "2 seasons," They had to go back and record "Rena's" name due to mispronunciation, and she said her husband did some roles in it.

Like I mentioned before, the dub was likely recalled by Tsuburaya therefore it will not be released as it has most likely been destroyed (just like the TNT Ultra Seven dub and all the Southeast Asia English dubs- thats why these have not been included in any of the Mill Creek blu ray and dvd releases). The only dubbed Ultraman series Tsuburaya has held in its archive is the original 1966 Ultraman English dub.
And Tsuburaya wouldn't have "sold" the 4kids dub to Pogo, it would have been licensed for broadcast.
At this point I want someone that might have something from the 2nd half to post anything. If we can get the sesame street wicked witch, kingdom hearts animatic pilot... Something, anything from this will do.
So... I might sound dumb but I think in Canada we got a DVD box set for the complete series of 4kids Ultraman Tiga. I wasnt a fan of the show but I remember vividly seeing it often in Zellers' DVD bargain bin because there was alot of them and they were always in my way when I dug through the bin. It was blue with the main character out of costume (wearing a helmet) on the cover with Ultraman behind him, I cant find a picture of it on google though
I don't think that's the case cause otherwise that would've been documented a long time ago.
You say that yet shows like "Weird-ohs" have complete DVD releases that nobody can find despite it being confirmed the DVDs exist and so the show still is lost partially or only low quality
I've been following 4kids properties for a while and literally nothing like this was done for the Tiga dub. I wish it was though. A show around that same time, the Astro boy 2k3 dub, aired around 20ish eps on kidswb and toonami but flopped and got yanked. All 50ish eps of that series was adapted and put on a complete series DVD set quickly afterwards. 4kids opted to just release sub only sets for Tiga with Funimation.
A promo of the lost 4kids Ultraman Tiga guts files log for Hori. The dub credits a segment producer so I'm assuming these segments are part of the complete or as complete of segments that would exist since the dubs episode count was apparently shortened to 48 eps. Captain Iruma and daigo guts logs segments are missing along with other monsters that aired on the fox box between spring 2003 until the fall of 2003.
I talked to Jonathan Todd Ross(yugioh marik Ishtar) again and he said he that he definitely came in for multiple sessions for the dub. He says he played the vampire character in an episode that did not air in the US and other characters later on. He said he loved the gag dub approach and made it sound like one of his line was too the effect of "HEY! TOSS ME THAT PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH!!"
Someone did make a reconstruction of the 4kids dub using the Funimation footage with the audio from his personal recordings, it's the closest thing we got to the original and with these videos the audio is now found www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGTCfH2rywhKxETc1EgyS7k55Q6pm4MaQ
