Near the preview clip for the Ultraman Tiga dub says "Taj produced 2 seasons" for the network. The dub production was likely split into 2 seasons such as 4kids magical Doremi series 1 dub was split into 2 seasons.

This is probably right seeing as how Tiga is originally one season in Japan
I remember watching this show as a kid, but I'm not going to be much help, I'm afraid. I recorded a few of the blocks back in the day, but I think they were from 2004 and 2005. I know the last few episodes aired at 11:30am, which was the dead slot, so most people probably never even watched them. It's funny, though, they kept airing an ad for the show even after it was cancelled. It was a redub of a scientist character who invents a device to hear what the kaiju were thinking. After testing the device and realizing the kaiju don't have any interesting thoughts, he decides to keep it a secret. Then we hear Mike Pollock say, "Ultraman Tiga, watch for it on the Fox Box!" This ad aired for a few weeks even after the show was pulled from the lineup, which is pretty weird. Again, sorry I wasn't much help.
You are talking about this segment! All the 4kids Tiga episodes that aired on Fox Box have been found. Its just the 2nd half of the series is currently lost.
Yeah. Once Tiga was removed for the pirates island show on Fox Box, they only aired those one minute segment promos that where seemed to be attached to each episode as the credits list a person as "segment producer." These promos aired from March 2003 towards Fall 2003. The missing segments could still be found as commercial promos from Fox box VHS airings between those times.
I don't think that's the case cause otherwise that would've been documented a long time ago.
You say that yet shows like "Weird-ohs" have complete DVD releases that nobody can find despite it being confirmed the DVDs exist and so the show still is lost partially or only low quality
I think it would be a waste of time trying to search for the DVD unless we can find definitive proof that it actually exists. You could have easily misremembered another Ultraman DVD as the English dub.
No major updates for now. 20 years of 4kids Ultraman Tiga being yanked off the fox box. . I have another tape that I want to digitize and see if it has any more missing promo segments as 4kids aired it in the fox box block until the fall 2003.
Tsuburaya has decided to dub a new ultraman series into English starting with Ultraman Z. Maybe if the response is positive, they will stream their old ultraman English dubs while they work on dubbing more newer series into English as well.
Some slight updates. I've looked around some more and it looks like 4kids may have attended G-Fest in 2004 as well with 2003 and screened some of the dubs later eps that have remained unseen to the public at large to this day. I also found another promo for the dubs rerun of ep 1.
You might've heard this already, but it sounds like past Ultraman dubs will be available legally online in the near future. Hopefully the one you're looking for will be included.
Hopefully those companies keep looking for those English dub masters of their old show dubs.

I heard from a voice actor that's working on the current Ultraman dub projects on what's the deal with old dubs and they said they're aren't any plans to release them. It's disappointing to hear.
