I went to watch my Ultraman Tiga uncut volume 4 DVD set from Funimation from back in the day and I noticed two interesting thing s that lead the credence that more of not all the series was dubbed. In the guts fairy log entry for Yazumi, a clip from episode 28 is played with English dialogue likey from the dub version of that episode. In the evil Tiga promo, during the giant fight in ep 44, there are Japanese text on sign/buildings which is blanked out in the footage and this footage is probably from the dub version of the episode as well.
I got a good update coming out soon! Please keep looking for fox box Fall 2002-Fall 2003 for lost promos such as the guts logs for Daigo, Hori and Iruma.
Finally, the toon archivist realized he had lost media with Tiga episode 2 and posted it. Please archive and the other last 3 remaining lost ones are coming out soon.
So Ultraman events are happening in July. I'm hoping to get an answer from a rep on what exactly is the deal with the 4kids dub of Ultraman Tiga of it can be completely released if it does have unaired episodes that weren't broadcasted. Tsuburaya is releasing lots of obscure Ultraman stuff. This could be the last chance to get the dub out officially.
Based on more research I've done, the 4kids Ultraman Tiga dub seemed to air completely in another country in 2007. We really need to push tsuburaya and mill Creek to rerelease the complete 4kids English dub.
Contact Millcreek and Tsuburaya to rerelease the complete 4kids Ultraman Tiga dub.
The producer of the dubs resume says 48 episodes were adapted by them. Likely combined or cut episodes leading to this number.
4kids or tsuburaya sold the 4kids adapted English dub to India channel pogo where it full aired. The way back machine lost some episode titles for ones after toxic terror/afaird of the park.
This thread has users recall the 4kids English dub airing in India on the Pogo tv channel.
Dark Warrior Part 2 likely adapted from EP 44- inheritance of shadows. In the evil Tiga enemy database monster files promo, there are Japanese text signs that are blurred out just like other dub episodes that do jpn text removal.
Mach dent vintage henshin says so in his video and comments about prototype photos.
The voice actors work
Wayne Grayson/ Daigo has told me that maybe "2 seasons" were produced.
Erica Schroeder/ Rena has told me at a convention she worked on 2 seasons of the dub. A 4kids season is about 20ish eps. She told me her husband worked on some of it too.
Carter Cathcart/ Hori at the 22 min mark said he worked on it for "2-3 yrs"
The dub ADR voice director of the dub recently updated their resume to say they casted and helped direct 52 eps. A clip of Japanese episode 28 dubbed shows up in the yazumi guts logo promo commercial.
This article expresses that 4kids would've continued with the next Ultraman series the following year and I still say THEY banked alot of episodes in the can to continue the steady flow of them. They really expected Tiga to be the breakout hit of the fox box with all that promotion with the guts logs files commercials. The pokemon dub recorded all of its first 52 ep season 1 before airing in syndication. I think the same could have been done with the Ultraman Tiga dub.

He states he voiced a heroic leather wearing motorcycle riding vampire. This is refers to ep 15 with gazatos return which has COTD who rides a motorcycle and it's his voice but the character is in no way shape or form a vampire. He said he waited a while afterwards to be called back into studio for more roles which he probably confused as a vampire character in Tiga ep 33.
2022 interview
This time he states he voiced the motorcycle riding alien instead.
