We should notify Dycaite to get himself prepared for another extensive phone call/email with Wolf Tracer and the like; in order to hopefully find the entire footage of ABT.

If we really want to look at a TV guide, there is a handful for sale online. Easter was on April 20th in 2003 so I assume it would have aired either that week or the week prior. TV Guides always published Saturdays in the US (many people consider the week to start on Sunday) So we would need the issue from April 19th and the week before, April 12th. Now, because we have no concrete evidence the special even aired to begin with, my time frames are just guesses.
Well for everyone looking, here is a starter pack of all the behind the scenes talent from RSK:BiS. Note that some people have multiple jobs so they may appear more than once. I omitted the voice cast as they are extremely unlikely to actually have a copy.

Here is what the big man himself told me when I asked him about it (before the shit hit the fan):
Edit: Something else interesting he noted during that whole wild exchange:
Well that closes the book on a Bunny's Tale. Shame, I wanted more out of that franchise. There really are no Easter movies and this could have been the Sharknado of Easter films.
May I suggest not erasing the main article, so the info we have can be sustained.
Well we got confirmation it was started which means there's probably something, just not a movie. Honestly I would even just like a breakdown of what the story was going to be, if it was still in a very conceptual phase.
Yeah I agree, it would be really cool to get any kind of material from it. Also did we know Dinosaur Island II existed and was 90% complete? That sounds like something we could actually watch.

I'm wondering if they ever fully rendered Dinosaur Island II or if it's just on someone's hard drive collecting dust.
