Quite a few did actually. Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Sheep in the Big City, PPG, and I think Cow and Chicken (might be getting it confused with Taco Bell's). But yeah that's a pretty big chunk of Cartoon Network's classic lineup.

Edit: Also forgot to mention Courage! Courage also got toys through Subway.

There were also Kids Next Door and Ed Edd n Eddy. Here’s a message board thread from January 2004 about KND toys.

More reason why I believe these didn’t have ads was because I didn’t even know KND had Subway toys until I found one at a garage sale in the summer of 2004. I was obsessed with KND when it was on, so certainly I would have been begging my parents to take me to Subway, had I known they had toys.

In the case of Ed Edd n Eddy, I was with my family at a mall around 2003 or 2004. I saw a girl with a Subway cup waving around what looked like Eddy. I decided to walk past Subway and they had different toys (I don’t remember what). So I’m guessing she got the last of the EEnE promotion, or they just hadn’t set it up yet.
