Did anyone’s parents call Tansy and Roseabelle from Treetown dumb names? I know that canadianchildhood’s mother called them “The Silly Women”. My grandparents called them “The Nutbuckets”.
Sorry, I don't have any. I used to have a recorded VHS of some Treehouse content that my grandparents taped for me so I could watch Treehouse at home (We didn't have cable at my house back then, so I had to watch Treehouse at my grandparents' place, or get them to tape some shows for me onto them). I have no idea what happened to the tape... I think my mother threw it out.
I used to watch Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends, Bob the Builder, and Ants in your Pants with my grandfather. Every Friday night, I'd stay at my grandparents' house and I'd stay up late at night to watch Ants in your Pants. Ah, the memories... I could go on and on about my Treehouse memories for hours...
That Treehouse tape I was talking about… I think my grandparents recorded that for me sometime in 2004. I think was also a bit of Knowledge Network content in there as well. I was only one year old, so I can’t really put my finger on which month it was recorded in…
Actually, it was my mother who recorded those Treehouse tapes for me. I thought that my grandparents had recorded it, but my mother told me it was her who recorded the tapes.

Are there any lost episodes of Wee 3 or The Bittles? I read the old CRTC logs, but I didn’t really pay attention to the episode listings for both shows.

I would assume there are several for all the Treehouse in-house shows.
Does anyone know about the lost episodes of Treetown? There’s like three and a half lost episodes, and there’s a whole bunch of lost Treetown shorts that we haven’t even found yet.
I'm aware of them. "Bonjour Hello", "Friendship", and "Head to Toe" were the three lost episodes. And yeah there's probably too much to count in terms of the amount of Treetown shorts that has not surfaced online. I don't even know how many shorts were produced overall lol.
Tony Maloney (the user who uploaded the Purple Stew vignette) did state this, "Big thanks to Andrew in the replies (my father) for recording so much treetown on VHS." It presumably indicates there might be some other Treetown content on the tape.
Actually, there's probably several or some other shows from Treehouse recorded on that VHS, given that Andrew said he was "recording whatever was playing on Treehouse at the time." I might try to pin-point the exact day it was recorded and see what was broadcasting during those times.
Andrew’s father must have recorded everything that aired on Treehouse, because I noticed that near the end of the Purple Stew short, an up next bumper for Bob the Builder played. I wonder if he has tapes of Treehouse from the days when the iconic Acorn House watermark made its debut…
Wow, that sounds pretty cool! There are no Free Blockbuster boxes in my area though… Also I can’t afford to buy the equipment to rip VHS tapes and I lost my old Treehouse tapes that my mother recorded for me…

Anyone know when Treehouse stopped airing the half-hour blocks of Bob the Builder and started airing the singular episodes of the Original Series (Seasons 1-9)?
Has anyone thought of reaching out to those with VHS tapes of lost YTV and Treehouse programs like 'PJ Katie's Farm' and 'Fuzzpaws'?
Speaking of lost Treehouse programs, I wonder if we could reach out to people who have episodes of Kleo the Misfit Unicorn recorded from Treehouse airings… (I have no interest in Kleo the Misfit Unicorn, I just thought that might have been a good idea)
Anyone remember those “Get Up & Go Go” interstitials that aired on Treehouse during the Silver Age?
Oh yes, I remember! However, I didn't watch it during the Silver Age. Those were on the Treehouse website until 2013. (revamp) I believe I watched the ones with The Berenstain Bears and The Backyardigans. Usually it was just a clip of the characters exercising/dancing with some music in the background, and it would end with "now it's your turn" fading to black.
The Berenstain Bears: A clip of the bears dancing to a vinyl record player The Backyardigans: A clip of Tyrone kayaking
I think I vaguely remember the Treehouse logo appearing at the beginning before the actual clip played...

I saw them a few times during the Silver Age, and I also watched a few of them on the Treehouse website.

I actually came across the images/thumbnails of the "Get Up And Go Go" clips. And of course, they are unplayable on the saved pages of the old Treehouse website, so you can only find footage in recordings. The chances of finding these clips in Treehouse recordings is very slim because they rarely aired in between programs.

One time when I was looking at my TV guide, I saw that Treehouse brought back MLP: Pony Life for a time… I think they took it off the channel a month ago and I don’t think it’s on Treehouse anymore. Thank goodness for that!
