Weird segment that appeared on Boomerang

You probably shouldn't necro old threads with just the word "bump". Seems like bad form. Put in a little of your own searching work on the ones that interest you and tell people what you find!

From the description I feel like I know what they're talking about, but I don't exactly remember the name of the cartoon, nor could I find anything about it.

If I'm correct, they had something to do with an evil red cat, the little girl(who I remember having a pink dress and pigtails), the title was something like "?: the cat from hell", and they would play during the commercials(randomly, and not often).

I could only think of two other shorts.
One involving the dog and a skull, and it does the "to be or not to be" thing with the girl clapping afterward. Remembering the ending(dog begins to lick the skull, and the girl looks shocked and starts to back up), this could possibly be the same short OP is talking about.

And another about the cat trying to get rid of the girl while she looks for cat food, but it ends up accidentally disappearing. It ending with the girl wondering where the cat went, and eating some of the cat food.

This is about all I could remember. I suppose it stuck with me because of how weird the shorts were, as well as the show having hell in the title and being tv-pg.

Personally I have my doubts, but unless OP returns we'll probably never know.
