I remember watching Spongebob reruns on TV Land and can remember it as clear as day. I know I was not dreaming and I remember this correctly. The episode that was on was Sandy, Spongebob and the Worm. There must have been a marathon during the time. This was around 2008-9. I have tried finding it and I have no avail. No video, no picture, no nothing. All that I could find was someone recalling on a forum that they have seen Spongebob on TV Land. No one believed that person. After the episode a bumper had shown and this is my best recreation to the bumper. Sorry that my editing skills aren't really the best.

I have looked everywhere- tv guides, tv land website on the wayback machine, wikipedia, close to everything. Has anyone recall seeing Spongebob on TV Land? It seems like I am (almost) the only one who has and I am curious to see if any of you have also.

There is a very slight chance that it could have been Spongebob and Patrick or just Spongebob, but I do remember it as Spongebob and Sandy.

So, I went into the Wayback Machine and I looked through the TV guides from TV Land that were archived. I had no luck finding any shows that were generally for kids. Most of what I found was older shows geared towards elders. Do you maybe have a more specific date in which there could have been an airing? I could do some digging for that then.

Oh, I thought this forum was inactive! Anyway I have gone onto sbmania.net and asked several people if they had seen Spongebob on other channels. I have found more people that remember seeing this, and TV Land is not the only channel that had Spongebob reruns on it. Other people have recalled seeing Spongebob reruns on Spike and MTV Latin America.

So for the TV Land one, it did air sometime in 2009, I would say sometime early in that year. If you are interested in finding the other versions, the MTV version was aired in 2011 in English, despite being on a Latin America channel. Thank you so much for helping me out with this.

I find it unlikely that an adult-oriented TV channel like TV Land would air a kid-friendly cartoon like SpongeBob SquarePants. Plus, I've only heard about the network just doing re-runs of older sitcoms from the 1960s to the present with the occasional original TV series.

While they were airing adult oriented shows at the time, most of them were family friendly and a special event in which spongebob would air does seem odd but not unlikely.

I didn’t actually watch SpongeBob on TV Land, but I think I actually remember seeing it on my guide. I don’t think it was a marathon, I think it was just one or two episodes. I think they just showed it overnight, which might be why I didn’t watch it. 2008-09 sounds right, but I don’t remember anything more specific than that. I honestly forgot it happened at all until I saw this thread.

So I just combed through what I could find of TV Land’s schedules from 2010 (earliest I could go back) as well as some of their website. I can’t find any mention of a children’s block, or any airings of child oriented TV shows. My guess is, this is a false memory. I just cannot find anything about any kids shows airing on that network from the time of it’s inception to now.
