They didn't show SpongeBob on the Nick-On-CBS block that lasted from 2002 to 2005, SpongeBob isn't on the list on the Wikipedia article you sent nor was he in any of the bumpers:






The only time SpongeBob ever aired on CBS was the original premier for It's a SpongeBob Christmas on November 23, 2012. 

It did air on TV LAND. My sister was watching it. I told my dad that it was playing. It was during the day and it was a season 1 episode. I thought it was odd. If I recall correctly, the scene was spongebob standing next to his house looking up(?). It was definitely season 1 due to the style and spongebob was standing next to his home.
