Got a reply to that reply I sent. No video crew pointed to, but some interesting points summarized below: Tony said that all the content they showed comes from DVDs that are pre-YT (so the clips must be before 2005), and no Spongebob content was commissioned exclusively for the RoughRiders. He believes the clip comes from an episode or a DVD extra in the first four seasons of Spongebob/Spongebob content on DVD pre-2005 (includes the 2004 Spongebob movie). He also remembers clips from this DVD (https://spongebob.fandom.com/wiki/Nautical_Nonsense_and_Sponge_Buddies) were pulled for content since it had Texas themed soundbites.
Ok, from this and the other emails, there are multiple things we can tackle: - Finding video crew in 2005 (since now that we know that the RoughRiders Spongebob collaboration spans back to 2005, it is more likely to be real now) and asking them about this short using the extra info we now know. - soupnerd could go through the episodes in the DVD linked above (that wiki article gives a link of episodes) to see if any of the clips match their memory - Finding a clip of the RoughRiders speech being presented live in a game (Seeing if that speech matches OP's memory).
Things are getting interesting now (appreciate zunaka for bringing some good leads). Will edit if I find anything more (and this comment is still recent)
EDIT: It's worth nothing that the Director of Game Entertainment in 2005 was Marianne Sexton, but I could not find her staff page archived or any contact information online. Another person of interest may be Keri Butler (Events Staff Manager), but no contact information found.

I'm really glad I could help! I will of course see what else I can find with the information we have now found! I'll tell you if I learn anything new!

Ah ok thanks! Been trying to look for the video crew Tony mentioned, but no trace of them on the 2005 staff list site. Might have to try Linkedin for that.
I did some more contact searching, but couldn't find anyone else other than the people listed in the last comment I made, but it is mostly Linkedin accounts with no social media/contact info I could find. Would it be worth a shot contacting the general Roughriders contact email (Info@RidersBaseball.com)?
EDIT (3/15/21): I did contact the general email. Gonna see what they have to say
I think this is unrelated, as the comments said this is just an ad bumper
This behind the scenes look at the recording session is an ad bumper, but I think he was recording for something else, just like this other bumper which shows the recording of SpongeBob Meets the Strangler: youtu.be/pmeVstudxd4

Ah ok got it. I still don't think it is related tho (there was a recording I found online which many people commented in LSSQ's video where Spongebob sings "Take me out to the ballgame" at a stadium, but it is not at the stadium OP went to, which is Dr. Pepper Ballpark

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forums; I created my account as soon as I saw LSuperSonicQ's video on the lost animation.
I grew up in Lewisville, Texas, and my family and I went to a number of Frisco RoughRiders/Texas Rangers games in the area when I was little. I do remember seeing a unique SpongeBob animation at one of the games (around the timeframe mentioned by soupnerd), and while I don't remember what exactly any of the characters said, I do remember some details that might be of use in finding the lost cartoon.
From what I can recollect, the animation featured SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward setting up for a party in (I think) SpongeBob's house, and one of them was hanging decorations. The door to SpongeBob's house was open for at least part of the segment, showing that it was daytime.

That's about all I can remember.
Hey, these are some great leads! Do you think you could look through at least some of the screenshots from the episodes in this DVD (https://spongebob.fandom.com/wiki/Nautical_Nonsense_and_Sponge_Buddies), which is confirmed to have footage used by the Frisco Roughriders? Maybe see if some of the screenshots rings some bells for you

I took a look at the screenshots and sadly none ring a bell. Glad to know my details are good leads though!
Ah well thanks for trying still.
As I stated eariler, I haven't watched much Spongebob, so if someone knows an episode that has a scene similar to how multimediacuban states, let me know (because the Frisco Roughriders did not commission unique animation for Spongebob)

There is an episode where Spongebob has a house party but I don't remember him getting help from anyone to decorate. It's season 3 episode 11.
