Also it seems that anon1974 has deleted a lot of their posts on this thread. I don't know what to think.
Seems they threw out the clip for a very limited time so that others could get a copy, but they wouldn't have to deal with the stigma of being the one hosting it. Probably hoping one of us who downloaded it while it was out there will continue to spread the clip and host it ourselves. Then they can say "hey it's out of my hands." Best of both worlds.
Not trying to speak for the man (lady?) but that's the motivation which makes the most sense to me.

I agree, that's probably what happened. Certainly anon1974 is not gonna tell us anything anytime soon.

This has honestly been the most interesting couple of days! On a different topic, I was surprised with how quick the gunshot follows the word "suicide". I am also surprised how clear and, well, graphic the audio is at the end. I am assuming the loud sounds after the gunshot are her hitting the table and falling out of her chair. Honestly makes my skin crawl.

I was too, but I think she had the gun in her lap while she was reading her speech. She had hidden the gun in, I believe, a bag of puppets.
I never thought I would see or hear this. Dear God, this is nuts.

You are right; it was a bag of hand puppets. I am assuming she was raising it during the last few words (that or she was very quick). I think the most interesting part is hearing the person say "Wow" in the background.
I guess anon1974 thought it was inevitable and just released the enitre thing huh?
Valerie Rubin, a Sarasota Herald-Tribune journalist who saw the broadcast and wrote an article describing her reactions, recalled that the gunshot sounded like a "medium-loud crack" but in the audio here it sounds like a small explosion. One can also hear a faint gasp of shock at 1:57, possibly camerawoman Jean Reed's voice that the newscamera picked up or someone viewing the tape near the device recording the audio.
