To be more specific, what’s a piece of lost media you theorize exists out there, and isn’t that well known? I’ll start for example.
In Despicable Me 4, Dr. Joseph Albert Nefario is voiced by Romesh Ranganathan, replacing Russell Brand after some allegations of Rape and SA came to light on him in 2023, outright forbidding him from ever reprising the role.
However, since this was in 2023, and voice recording sessions began as early as July 2022, I believe it’s possible that Russell Brand may have originally reprised his role as Dr. Nefario, but at some point in 2023 when the film was in Post-Production, the allegations came to light, they blacklisted Russell, and they brought on Romesh to dub his (few) lines over in the final cut.
Not definitively sure, but it makes sense to me, as the timeline adds up, and it has happened before in the case of Eduardo “El Macho” Perez, who in earlier cuts of the film was voiced by Al Pacino, but due to creative differences his dialogue was dubbed over by Benjamin Bratt.
In addition, I believe there were more deleted scenes where we would have seen Maxime Le Mal break out of the AVL Maximum Security Prison, and Margo getting glitter-bombed.
Now you guys share, and rate my theoretical lost media topic while you’re at it.

Oh, and before anyone brings up the fact we might see these when the film comes put on Blu-Ray….. well, here’s the list of deleted scenes we’re getting.
Deleted/Extended/Alternate Scenes Class of ‘85 Minions at the Reunion Minions at Home Big Day Out Karate Round 2 Gru vs. Treehouse Defibrillator Mega Minions Mega Mix Mega Minions in Lockdown
Alternative fight scenes in tokusatsu have to exist. Props we never see in them too, concept art that's unseen. I fully believe that somewhere out there, lost footage of the recently confirmed dinosaur season of Armor Hero exists
I'm nothing but a mass of concrete yet my heart is calling my name
There might possibly be an earlier version of piggy tales third act that was being worked on before the current one that had the toons design before the movie one
I definitely believe the Borderlands movie was originally meant to be rated R, Eli Roth did mention that there were some scenes that he cut for pacing reasons(I.E. Hammerlock's wedding)so it wouldn't shock me if it was originally aiming for an R-rating but the bean counters told him it had to be PG-13.

The VeggieTales book Khalil and the Big Gulp. I'm guessing it was written but never released, as several bookstores had listings for it, like Amazon and (oddly enough) Kinokuniya, plus Google Books has an entry on it.

I've seen a number of books like that with listings on Amazon but there's no record of them being sold.

There have got to be dozens more live streams like Slamfest '99 that exist, but we just haven't come across yet to know they exist.
I can recall a Game Boy Color painting party one that we found mentioned while looking for Slamfest. There was something about a Tomb Raider interview I remember reading about, possibly in the same On the Hunt channel. I think there was something about a Donkey Kong one as well, and just recently someone showed me a Pokemon product reveal that was from Hasbro's site. Apparently they even had celebrities showing off the merch and it was called a fashion show.
I guess this can all be grouped in with lost early internet content, but streams themselves seem like they're becoming their own sub-category.

Well I hope that you're able to find a full recording of Slamfest soon.
I'm convinced that there are people out there who do possess a lot of art that got deleted off of Deviantart, Twitter, Pixiv, and Tumblr (including all of the art that I'm looking for) but haven't reuploaded said art yet, and may need to be well aware that they possess lost media that people are looking for that want found.

The lost Thunderbird photo. I assure it existed but I have a bad feeling the creature could've been a fake sculpture. I guess I am being too skeptical lol.

this might be a stretch but I wouldn't be surprised if there were some earlier versions of Pokemon episodes post Porygon incident that had their flashing lights removed or something. I mean OLM probably had to animate episodes ahead of time so idk??
