Cr1tikal is one of the worst channels on YouTube: He's annoying, toxic ass fan base, repetitive, hypocritical, and fell off a long time ago.
I agree, honestly. Too much negativity going on in his channel at this point.
I miss when he did silly little gameplays where it was just footage of the game he's playing and his voice. Does not help how absolutely negative the more general atmosphere of the Internet feels.
I really can't watch most cartoon reviewers anymore because a lot them take media meant for kids waaay too seriously. Even the people who are super into Bluey, like cool this children's show has good themes, but you're still not it's core audience. I love watching cartoons, and I see myself as an animation buff I suppose, but I don't want to either shit on something or become obsessed with a piece of media that'd literally meant for a much younger demographic.
Yeah i'm real sick of adults gushing over Bluey at this point just like I was sick of Bronies in the days of MLP FIM.
I only find myself watching Bluey for the comfort factor of it, but it's something I don't really gush over or obsess over. I just think it's a cute little show that is most deserved for this younger generation in the age of colorful garbage like CocoMelon who's only purpose is to keep kids distracted. It makes me wish I had something similar to it when I was growing up.
Does not help the fact that I'm pretty sure kids who like Bluey are experiencing the same things I witnessed when I was a young fan of My Little Pony.

Yeah, I always found him to be extremely overrated. I also just feel like he tends to ramble on and on and take way too long to get to the point.
Also might just be a me thing, but the videos where they rank fast food menu items feel like a slog to sit through, probably because the way the videos are recorded are shot in more of a “Leave The Camera Running” style. A 30-minute fast food ranking video tends to feel like 3 hours.

The black hole that our solar system is in is an underrated gwobbler. I've been getting voices from the noodley fungi from Vergennes, Vermont about it & that the black hole wants me to be part of his clubhouse & I agreed. The adventures we have are insane, such as stopping a bunch of orange hairy finger baseball birds who wanted to turn Mars into a statue of buff Homer Simpson with bat wings, riding on a beanbag-making machine made of macerroni that turns kluriaps(a creature that's like a vulture with 4 legs shaped like traffic cones & wings shaped like a cow on a skateboard made of 40 pounds of cheese) into beanbags, rolling into the Savanna of the VR Gamer Waterburger Penguins while juggling bowling pins with 12 legs, & bumping on the Danish Cyborg Walnut Army's secret base located in Kasungu, Malawi.
Then something truly bodacious happened! I was suddenly teleported to a wild dance party inside a Rubik's cube filled with a bunch of green moose & the Wayne's World theme was playing, which made it 100% one of the greatest experiences ever. It was like I just ascended into the Radioactive Orbit Jungle of Nacho Jamboree Jams by some wonderous lucky chance beyond my unexpected belief! And then the black hole came in & started to groove so hard that he managed to activate the secret Italian Flying Butter button on the disco ball, causing the cube to start flying all over the place, then ending us up in a wasp statue made of foam & wires. The wasp became alive & started to smoke 957chan posts while bouncing on a galloping sunflowerburger dartboard that sang Weird Al songs.
TAKE ME TO THE HIGHLANDS BAD BOY, IT'S GONNA BE A WILD RIDE!!!
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

Hot take and one that's mildly political, but here goes...
It's okay to appeal to the dreaded "Male Gaze"
They're outright saying it's okay to appeal to the "Female Gaze" nowadays, so why not also appeal to the "Male Gaze"? I say it should be okay to appeal to both the male gaze and the female gaze!
Sexy is not sexist and there's nothing wrong with fictional characters being attractive regardless of their gender.
Tbh, most women aren't offended by it. Some of us (myself included) actually like it, and the majority of straight women are indifferent and if they don't like it in a work of media, they just don't buy it.
Joe Rogan sucks ass as a podcaster and i'm baffled as to how he gets millions of listeners when the dude is a complete moron.
With Joe Rogan, it's less about Rogan himself and more about the wide variety of guests he has on. That's the main appeal.
I think Rogan is a stoner douchebag idiot but everyone I know who listens to his podcast only tune in for the guests he gets.
I can see that, still baffled how he gets millions of listeners though. Even if he does have interesting guests on I can never get past his annoying persona to have the patience to listen to them(That's one of my main issues with Rogan as a podcaster, he goes on for WAY too fucking long and his podcasts descend into gibberish nonsense)the dude was only ever good at hosting Fear Factor(and as a supporting actor in News Radio)as a podcaster he's clearly way out of his depth.
I question why any sane person would willingly go on his show to be subjected to his nonsense, but I guess it's free publicity for the guest.

WAIT JOE ROGEN HOSTED FEAR FACTOR!!! I NEVER KNEW THAT!!!

I'm amazed that there are people that don't know that Rogan hosted that show, but I guess that makes sense given that it last aired quite some time ago.
Education in the USA is not as horrid as so many people claim it is. We are a MASSIVE country with a massive array of educational options and outcomes. Department of Defense schools, certain charter and private schools, certain co-ops, many suburban schools, and the schools of Massachusetts and New Jersey provide a strong education.
People have been panicking about American education since Sputnik, and "Johnny Can't Read" and these panic articles have been around since the 60s, 80s, if not earlier.
We rank "middle of the pack" for a reason. We are nowhere near the "worst“ in education.
All I'm gettin' in school is filler, but it could be worse honestly.
Calling people a genius and over analyzing their work is a good way to make them feel stupid. Honestly, the hell is a genius at this point anyway? You're better off with people disliking you. People are annoying. It's a bit hard to explain without sounding ignorant, but if you know, you know.
I don't like pride month. Things get a bit weird around this time. Don't like it. That and it's just so forced by the media that I just can't help but dislike it. I'm not one to celebrate my sexuality.
Those who dare abandon someone at the drop of a hat just for being offensive should be beaten. Maybe not literally, but at least punished in some way.
I don't get the hate towards modern and contemporary art. I get that there's pieces that raise some eyebrows and seem "lazy", but I really don't understand it. I tend to see arguments from people who don't really know much about art and its history at all. There's a chance the people who don't like modern art and contemporary art is because they either don't understand it and/or they just think it's ugly and doesn't appeal to them.
If you say you can do the same thing or better, why haven't you? And will it have the same impact?
Yeah. It's the meaning behind it that makes modern art popular. You might think someone submitting a blank canvas to a museum is lazy, but an artist did that twice to comment on the poor wages and terrible conditions that artists go through in the modern day. That would mean nothing if the canvases had no meaning or a bs meaning behind it
Children's sitcoms are actually really funny and entertaining, and they're even better than a lot of adult shows. Kid sitcoms either have a unique concet, whether it's fantasy/sci-fi concept (Best Friends Whenever, The Wizards Of Waverly Place, Lab Rats, Mighty Med, Pair of Kings) or realistic (Liv and Maddie, Jessie, Shake It Up)
