I think the word you might be looking for here is “spin-off”. While I’m not opposed to the idea, i don’t think they would make it. I doubt they’re even canon characters in the “Flushed Away!” universe anymore, since they were pretty much nuked from orbit in the film, without so much as a mention….
I think? I mean, I’ve never even seen the film tbh, but I imagine this is the most likely case.
I mean, they’ll likely only have the scripts and stuff, no footage or alternate cuts that would have these characters intact.
I suppose a script would be better than nothing, and we could ask them if they know any other crew members who might have earlier cuts of the film, so there’s that.

They could probably be deleted scenes that don’t contain the aforementioned butler characters, but could still be from the same cut as said characters, so yes, it could still technically be from the cut we are looking for.

And besides, I doubt there’s an official alternate cut where the only additions include the presence of said characters, there are bound to be other unrelated deleted scenes/shots or unused lines.
If only getting an alternate cut found was so easy…
So, I actually know about the original plot to Flushed Away. It was originally called Ratropolis and that's the biggest difference. The core plot didn't change that much, just minor stuff.
