Yes this is my 2nd post within 10 minutes. Do you guys have fandoms that you hate? If so, when did you start hating them, why did you start hating them, and do you think you can stop hating them after a while?
PS- Sorry for making 2 posts in a short span of time.
EDIT: THIS THREAD IS TO NOT BE USED ANYMORE. THIS THREAD IS PLANNED TO BE LOCKED OR DELETED. After the fire that was the OJ Simpson Thread, I decided to get this thread outta here.

Anime fans are probably the worse. I am not talking about people who like one or two shows, I am talking about the otaku/weeaboo types who are in a fandom bubble. For some reason, they tend to be the most chronically online, out of touch, racist, sexist, and creepy perverts there are. And I remember a lot of them infesting the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fandom back in the day, which lead to me leaving it.

That’s why there is a line drawn between causal viewers and fans and Anime Fans

Like your character does not “solo all of fiction 🤓” when they are beat by a sailor with ridiculous arm muscles and a spinach obsession.
Steven Universe, Twilight, FNAF, MLP, Fallout 76 and Zelda all come to mind.
Sports fandoms might just top them all though, especially NFL fans, so glad i'm not a sports fan. Can't deal with that kind of toxicity.
Ironic how a show that promotes love and other positive messages (Steven Universe) has an audience that is so toxic. I enjoy Steven Universe content and I just love the franchise, but the fandom is TOXIC. Luckily I am able to avoid them. As for Zelda, I'm surprised as I have not seen a toxic Zelda fan ever. As for Sports, which fans do you think are the least toxic?

I'm a Anime Fan, but I am not a "Anime Fan". I love anime, but I cannot STAND the fandom (JJBA fans will get the reference). Jokes aside I just don't like the fandom.

For sports I guess NBA seem the most chill.
With Zelda the toxicity is mainly aimed at people like Jim Sterling who dare to actually criticize certain games in the franchise and give them less then perfect scores, back in the day people on Gamefaqs and other places freaked out over Jeff Gertzman daring to give Twilight an 8 out of 10, ZOMG the horror! I'm so glad i'm not a Zelda fan so I don't have to deal with those loonies.

Yeah I like a few anime shows and I watch the occasional hentai but I can't help but get leery whenever I see someone with an anime avatar on Twitter because I know it means i'm usually about to see some alt-right bullshit, especially those idiots that are STILL blindly defending Vic Mignogna and insist he did nothing wrong despite ample amounts of evidence to the contrary(and those edgelord losers LOVE harassing Marzgurl over that just cause she started that whole #KickVic thing).
Even worse then that I would say are fandoms of video games like Chivalry, so much creepy bigotry it's not even funny. Dark Souls fans can be toxic as hell too. Glad i'm not into either franchise.
The Loud House Fandom, it's actually that bad. Watch Jax's video on it if you want to know why I despise it so much. (I actually enjoy the Show, I just want to clear this out.)
You should never underestimate the power of Bazinga.

I like the show too(and it's live-action spin-off Really Loud House) and some of the fanfics but I don't want to engage with the fans much.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention them too. Do we count The Casagrandes as well?

Any indie animation that really gets rolling online. I’ve seen promising, talented animation artists get steamrolled online over niche things in their work. When something becomes popular, every single action and detail is criticized and bastardized. It sucks seeing something of great quality being ripped to shreds by narcissistic and toxic fans.
