Lately the most relevant thing to me is when people make an object, a fandom, or an idea their entire personality that becomes pretty much the only thing people talk about.
A furry with eclectic tastes who loves the 80s and 90s. Mostly 1984-1992.
I think that term is overrused and Disney has done legit good LGBTQ stuff in films like Strange World and TV shows like the High School Musical series and Andi Mack but I do wish they'd do more.
I don't mean things like that. I mean when Disney makes a character in a reboot of something black/gay/whatever for brownie points and to purposefully make the "anti-woke" people mad. Oh, and also Disney having its "first gay character" multiple times really gets on my nerves.

When someone makes a video, comparing two camera and or lenses and show side by side comparison shots and don't do it right. I often see camera and or lens comparison videos on YouTube that when they show a side by side comparison, one side of the comparison shot is of the left side of the image, and the other comparison shot is of the right side. Why? Isn't it better to show the same side of the image for the comparison shot so you can do a "spot the difference" (If you can tell a difference after both clips were compressed into the one video with the same codec, bitrate etc...)
Videos that have black bars on top and bottom to make them look "cinematic" when they were really just shot in 16:9 and the top and bottom was cropped off with black bars. Also modern music videos that are not in 16:9 aspect ratio. I assume most of us watch music videos on 16:9 aspect ratio screens. So why are they still shooting/editing music videos in 4:3/5:4 aspect or like they were meant to be displayed on a cinema screen, rather than 16:9?
When I go on Twitter (Sorry, X) and the first thing I see is "Name me (insert something here) without the letter "e" or "a" you can't" or "The third image you saved is how you are feeling right now (or similar pointless post)" appearing at the top of my feed when I never asked to be shown these. I don't go on there much anymore, but when I do, I more often than not see these stupid pointless tweets over and over, too often.
When I am in the middle of doing something and I can't be distracted for whatever reason, and all of a sudden a distraction happens, like my eyes start watering, I start sneezing or coughing and can't stop, I get an itch, I find my glasses need cleaning, I have to use the bathroom or a noise happens somewhere near me.
When I am in a public place and really need to go and the only public restrooms are either disgusting or they are out of toilet roll, soap or both and I really hate using a restroom without any way to wash my hands afterwards. When I am going to be in that situation again, I am going to just bring some hand soap/sanitizer with we to avoid that situation.
When I get a cramp in my toes for no apparent reason. That is so uncomfortable and takes a minute or two to uncramp my toes when that happens.
Cinemassacre did a whole video on public bathrooms complaining about stuff like that:
- People giving minimum wage employees a hard time
First off, are you my long lost twin who thinks the same like me? Second of all, yeah, what's up with these bootlickers running down on hard working people who criticize terrible company practices?
I encountered like two of those people so far online whenever I vented about my job and I kid you not they are Ameriboos. European conservative dudes (one from UK, other from Poland) that think America is some rich people fantasy land with no issues whatsoever.

When shows remove episodes, such as Stark Raving Dad from The Simpsons or the panty raid episode from Spongebob. To me its a pretty blatant disregard when it comes to historical/cultural context, and a simple warning would suffice in both cases.
And honestly, I would be incredibly surprised if this resulted from any complaints and instead some out of touch executive going "oooh, are we gonna get cancelled for this?"
In a similar vein, Disney feeling the need to explain away plot holes in their live action remakes. It comes off crazy insecure. Who gives a shit the Beast was 13, and why do I care if they explain the logistics of enchanted items. People like to poke fun, they like to speculate, and sometimes plot holes are good fodder for fan theories. Your audience doesn't need to be spoonfed. Also, the live action remakes. They're terrible.
SpongeBob has a lot of episodes that push the boundaries like that one, so I'm not sure why they just banned the panty raid one specifically. I mean, in the same show, we have the soap joke, Mr. Krabs shaking his butt while he was washing some car, and Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob literally GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER!!!
