Have you been in any Fandom and/or been a part of one in anyway or have interacted with a fandom before? Also what was your most craziest, unhinged, bizzare, and insane Fandom experiences?
Craziest most unhinged and bizarre was getting chased out of the Bojack Horseman sub/reddit with torches and pitchforks by rabbid fanboys for daring to say that I didn't like the episode "Fish Out of Water"(which is on many "best TV episodes ever" lists which baffles me to this day)I actually got banned from there for daring to defend myself.
I've been on other fandoms though, Big Mouth fandom is pretty cool. LOST fans i've found to be a bit snobbish and rude personally(sorry if your show has massive plot holes and you can't accept that)
Fallout 76 fans are also an unhinged bunch, whatever you do don't you dare bring up Jim Sterling slagging off and criticizing that game and Bethesda on the 76 sub-reddit or you'll get swarmed by creepy and obsessive fanboys(and I say this as someone who likes the game).

Have to be the one to say this, but almost any popular indie animation community. There are always unhinged posts, bait posts, or just awful takes from these communities. I check in from time to time on some of these communities, only to see that everything has gone to hell.

"Fish Out of Water" while it's a good episode, does not deserve to be on a list entitled "best TV episodes ever", that title goes to "The View from Halfway Down", "Free Churro", or "The Old Sugarman Place"
The My Little Pony Friendship is Magic is unfortunately not always a friendly fandom. There was an autistic teen who plagiarized some fanfics and it lead to him being bullied. He was also a YouTuber and people bullied him for talking and acting too autistic. They were trying to treat him like the next Lolcow target. The poor guy couldn’t take it anymore and took his own life in a brutal way. Yet even after what happened, there were people who still didn’t show remorse. At that point I left the fandom because it grossed me out so much.

I heard of a similar story happening in the Steven Universe fandom, makes me glad I never really got into either show, weird how some of the fandoms for some of the most innocent shows turn out to have some of the most vicious fans.

Yeah those episodes are all far better, hell there's one exchange in the latter episode that perfectly sums up my views on "Fish Out of Water"
Eddie: "Then what was all this for?" BoJack: "I dunno, I guess it was just a big waste of time"

I heard the girl from the Steven Universe did not die and she says she wants people to stop using her as an example to hate on Steven Universe fans. As I have heard, it's a bit messed up that people keep bringing up her mental health and her suicide attempt over and over again just to use her as a martyr. She says she struggles with mental health in general and we do not know what she deals with IRL which she says caused the event, so it's best to just leave her alone in general
This incident is more like people trying to create another Chris Chan but it ending with them dying. He was a target because he was autistic.

Still does not excuse the harassment she got from fans in the first place, they're damn lucky she didn't end her own life.
Chris Chan is a genuinely bad person though(he sexually assaulted his own mother among other things)yes he got targeted for unfair reasons in the beginning but he also did some awful things that he cannot blame on getting bullied(and his family is pretty messed up as well, his dad apparently tried to use his car to run over the owner of a game shop for banning Chris cause he was harassing customers).

If you want to talk about her harassment, then just talk about that. But she told people to stop mentioning the suicide part because she said it was caused by something else unrelated to the harassment. And I think people who want to defend her should respect her request.
Good god, I know they were probably like 13-15 (and I was cringe at that age), but I was trying to watch a sample episode of Hetalia at a 2009 convention in the video room and the fangirls in there would NOT SHUT UP, particularly when the ending theme song came up.

Actually I wasn't even aware that the girl attempted suicide at all, I just thought she just cut herself in general in regards to the harassment, ALL I said was that I heard of a similar SU story to the MLP one, that's it.
Not insane, but I ended up meeting someone who personally knew the girl who did the Homestuck sharpie bath. Thought it was a hoax for years, but now I know, I suppose!
I am a Danganronpa fan. I think that one sentence explains enough.. ww
Isn't that the fandom where people pretend they have DID and say their 2nd identity is one of the teenage boys from the game who wants to murder people?
